Question: Are Gimbal Protective Guards really worth it?

Question: Are Gimbal Protective Guards really worth it?

I crashed my Avata 2 and broke the little legs on the upper gimbal frame that link into the rubber bumpers for stabilization, so I had to send the drone to DJI to be repaired. I have been seeing on eBay guards like this and people who swear over them but when I look at the picture they don’t protrude that much more than the plastic ones that come with the drone’s frame. Are they really worth installing?

What makes more sense?

With all the changes coming making more difficult to import drones, what would make more sense for me to buy before the changes hit, a Mavic 4 Pro or an Avata 360?

Is this the bumpers or the gimbal frame that broke?

I hit my Avata2 and now the gimbal is loose. When I look inside I see the bumpers are disconnected from the frame, but I don’t know if is the bumpers that broke or the actual gimbal frame. Can anyone shed some light on?

General Question

Im looking for a passionless answer. With the uncertainty surrounding DJI nowadays. Has everyone here tried Contixo or Snaptain drones? Do they have at least one model worth flying? I have searched YouTube and the only reviews I found seem to be by paid influencers and not one of the serious guys like 51 Drones or QuickAss Tutorials has ever tried them. If anyone here has tried them please share your experiences

This is why you ALWAYS need to use ND Filters on the Avata 2

This could have been the lens of my drone, which is absolutely fine.

DJI warranty

I have a flyaway case with DJI on an Avata2 that took a dive on a lake due to a malfunction. After almost 3 weeks they finally answered saying that they could do nothing because the drone was a model for made for China. I am in the USA and bought the drone through eBay. I don’t understand what my options are now.

I crashed my Avata 2 and need to retrieve the crash video from my goggles N3 and I don’t know how

I crashed my avata 2 into a lake. I need to claim the warranty with dji but since I couldn’t recover the drone I need to send the video to prove it was a drone malfunction but I don’t know how to get the video out. I have plugged the goggles to my MacBook Pro but it doesn’t recognize them as a storage unit. Can anyone help me?
