I haven't really been mining for a couple of years. I last mined Kaspa/Alephium and attempted the whole dual miner thing but electricity went up and it became less profitable.
I'm curious if PRL & Quantus are super profitable because they're just really new coins or do you think it'll be like the new Ethereum? Right now profitability looks insane, much better than ETH.
Landed at 7:00 AM and will arrive at Seoul Station at 9:01 AM. On the train now.
Any changes, thoughts? Would love to get some good food and just see all the highlights in the short amount of time that I have.

10:52 AM knocked out the palace and Bukchon, headed to Insadong. Palace was very cool, liked the hill background. Bukchon was fun to walk up the huge hill and see all the shops and unique architecture of the huts.
11:35 AM finished up Insadong, lots of cool shops and bought some souvenirs for the kids and jewelry for the wife. Heading to Namdaemun Market for some lunch. Changed the itinerary a bit.
12:23 PM Left Namdaemun Market, was rather quick and heading to Gwangjang Market for food instead.
1:15 PM Gwangjang Market was amazing! Got to enjoy some great dumplings and Korean appetizers. Heading to Myeongdong as my last stop before my flight!
2:00 PM Was able to check out Myeongdong and got to buy some products at Olive Young for my wife and got to see the cathedral and feel the energy in the area. Off to Seoul Station!
3:30 PM Arrived at Seoul Airport!
4:05 PM Made it through security, time to relax! That was a fun adventure albeit incredibly fast and short.
Also to be clear, this is just to check out all the sites to get a taste of Seoul. It’s rainy so didn’t really feel too bad for rushing through areas. I’ll be back hopefully again someday soon.

Wow, my parents saved my old childhood games and boxes and apparently this still has the maps and stuff.
The maps are super cool and man this brings back a lot of memories.

My family will be in London for a month in July and I was wondering what we need to prebook if anything. Kids are 6/8. We have spent the past few summers in NYC and have really enjoyed exploring museums, going to shows, "living life" in the city vs. being a tourist (i.e. groceries, doing non-touristy stuff, etc.) The kids really like parks, kids museums, beaches and just exploring and doing fun and interesting things. The kids will be in day camp on the weekdays, so my wife and I will have some flexibility during the day. Again, we really just enjoy exploring and feeling like we "live in" the city.
We'll be staying in in Marylebone near Regents Park.
Few things I've done so far:
- I already bought a Tower of London membership since I think it gets us access to a few additional places for the family.
-I heard I need to prebook Sky Garden but it doesn't seem to have seats available.
-We booked the Harry Potter tour.
Few things we plan on doing on weekend:
- Trip to Oxford
- Trip to Paris
- Brighton Beach
- Hampton Court Palace
Some day trip considerations: Richmond, Greenwich, Cambridge, East London.
Curious what you all think we should do and especially if I'm missing anything on the prebookings. We would like to have one 'nice' meal if possible, nothing too fancy just a good meal. Doesn't have to be Michelin stars or anything, just something London is famous for.

Looking at a $2700 bill for a car computer malfunction m replacement after less than 5 years owning it. Bought in August 2021 and so 4.75 years just about.
I heard from the rep it’s 1 year parts and labor warranty. (What drove me insane was that there was a $260 diagnostic fee. I can’t believe Tesla charges a diagnostic fee let alone $200+.)
Anyway, curious how long you guys have had experiences with this new computer car replacement. How much longer will it last?
I bought my Tesla model 3 back in August 2021 and the adaptive emergency brakes, the detection of my ripped around me (like cars, people, etc), sentry, etc is broken and Tesla service said I need to replace the car computer for $2,800. Wtf? Is this legit? How is it possible that I need to do this in less than 5 years, anyone else need to do this, isn’t there a warranty?
I’ll be in London for the summer and was hoping to join a morning run club. Any run clubs near Regents Park / Hyde Park?
I’m thinking about FIRE’ing the next year or so but I noticed that healthcare may cost $35-40k with the Illinois exchange. I had always budgeted for $20k so $35-40k is pretty nuts to me. A lot of it is due to my son needing ABA therapy and just a lot of therapies or OT for the family.
Has anyone else navigated this? Is it just suck it up and pay the higher costs or are there ways to get around this? Obviously after a year or two I can likely get some credits due to reduced income but the next year won’t be able to do that.
