Made with ribeye, jalapeño pepper jack cheese, mushrooms, onions, red peppers, Japanese BBQ sauce, mayo, on garlic bread rolls.

This has been hard for me to talk about. Rex died just before Christmas. Just before his eighth birthday. It was my fault. I have been giving steak bones to dogs for treats since I was a small boy. Rex handled big steak bones too . . .till the end. Whenever my wife and I went to the Double Eagles for dinner, we’d invariably order the Tomahawk Steak for Two. We always brought the bone home for Rex. It was never a problem, until, the Double Eagle was out of the Beef Tomahawk. “Good news! While we don’t have steer, we do have bison.”

“Bring it on.”

It’s not that same. Tastes more gamey. The bones have less water in them. They are more brittle. . .

Sauce made with half a shredded onion, 1/2 cup of mayo, tablespoon of yellow mustard, teaspoon of Worcestershire, and two tablespoons of hot sauce. Cleaned with sparkling mineral water, scraped, and greased up.

The order is mayo, arugula, meatloaf, Munster. and sauce (ketchup, brown sugar, and hot sauce). On sourdough.

So I traded in my 25 HD Street Glide Ultra for a 26 RT. Delivery Day I take it for a ride and it’s phenomenal. Fixes about all the shortcomings with the Harley. I let it rest for about an hour and go out on another ride and it blows this code. Tomorrow the dealership is going to pick it up, fix it, and bring it back. I appreciate that but I wonder. . .are gremlins part of the experience? Glad I still have old faithful in the meantime. less
