A social media post about allegations involving ACP Vivek Bhagat and a woman journalist has drawn attention online, with the matter reportedly under investigation by the Crime Branch.
Caste should not be used to judge or defend anyone accused of wrongdoing; accountability should be based on the alleged actions and evidence, not caste identity.

Greek women committed mass suicide to avoid capture by troops of the Ottoman Empire, most famously during the Dance of Zalongo in 1803. Around 60 Souliote women and their children were trapped by advancing Ottoman forces on Mount Zalongo in Epirus, Greece.Rather than submit to capture, enslavement, and abuse by the Ottoman troops under Ali Pasha, the women sang and danced as they threw their children and then themselves off a steep cliff.
The event is remembered as a symbol of self-sacrifice, bravery, and the choice of freedom over bondage.
During the Greek War of Independence when Ottoman forces attacked the town of Naousa 13 women and their children took refuge near a waterfall on the Arapitsa river and jumped into the waters to escape capture and enslavement.
And we have Indians questioning Jauhar.

Pretty much title. Are there any subclans which are Rohila Rajput or a variant of this name located in Bhinmala (earlier Srimala)/ Jalore area of Rajasthan? Note that I am not referring to Rohilas of Uttar Pradesh in this case. But correct me if these are the same UP Rohilas who could have migrated eventually into Jalore area after end of Prithviraj Chauhan’s reign as we do see evidence of Chauhan role in Jalore region after.
Considering Bhinmala’s history this probably could be a subclan under Chauhan or Solanki clans. I believe Prithviraj Raso also mentions the Rohila clan by their older name - Katheria which further seems to validate my hypothesis.
However, feel free to propose an alternate hypothesis or disprove mine.
Thanks in advance for any help or clarity.
