I know they're trying to show off the doneness, but I detest eating a steak cut into strips. Cutting your food into tiny pieces is a surefire way to let it grow cold before you've finished eating it.

And then there's the slaughter of the suitors. I mean these guys were lounging around threating his wife and son. It's incredibly heroic how he disguises himself, finds faithful allies, and uses his wits to defeat a greater number of foes.

PS I love the Odyssey, but while I appreciate the Iliad I don't really enjoy it. I really only like the chapter where Diomedes and Odysseus go behind enemy lines. Maybe also the one where Aeneas and Pandarus have their doomed ploy to take down Diomedes.

Whenever I look up Forgotten Realms lore, I see these complaints about all the weird horny lore Greenwood used to post. I for one think he should let it rip. Maybe he does less because he’s gotten older and his libido has declined, but the weird horny Renaissance Festhall fantasy vibes of AD&D 2e were unmatched and really what distinguished it from other fantasy.

Sometimes I'll try and be generous and look at ai art, but then see it's really generalized a lot of details in the background. If there are people in the background it will just use the same face for everyone. It's those fun little details that make a piece of art intriguing to look at. I guess nothing is stopping AI users from adding those details, but they rarely do.

I think the range from suck to awesome among human artists is huge. But I never see ai art reach awesome levels it stays in the bland 'good enough' level.

Is anyone actually wanting to travel to exotic places and date because they like adventure? All the posts here seem very safetyist rather than about risk-taking and trying something different.
