Golf course properties
What’s with the premium for properties backing on to golf courses? Any given neighborhood, houses backing onto the golf course - owners are always willing to go big with renovations, have great curb appeal and seem to ask for top dollar. Are people totally fine with the amount of chemicals used to keep those courses in such incredible shape? Or am I overthinking it?
Found a potential house, has lot of our wants, something I wasn’t really considering until now, it backs into a private club course.

Manual or Auto?
For any one that’s driven both auto and manual e60, do you feel the platform is more suited for an auto than manual?
I have an auto and it’s such a comfy cruiser, like..do I want to be bothered changing gears? I do have a manual “summer car”. BMW is my daily/winter 🛷
