1.boil 200g raw cauliflower and udon noodles
2. in the meantime on a dry pan fry 10g breadcrumvs and set aside
3. blend the cauliflower and add 10g cream cheese , salt and other spices
4. add the udon noodles and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs

Heat up 180ml milk, add 20g fresh yeast and 2tsp sugar
Once the yeast rises add to a bowl with 350g flour,1tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 30g butter and 50g yogurt
Set the dough aside to rise for an hour
Now make your crumb: 60g flour , 40g sugar, 30g COLD butter
chop up 50g chocolate (or more).
Boil your berries in a pot with a spalsh of lemon juice and sugar until they soften
Divide your dough into 6 pieces, flatten them and add the fruit, chocolate and crumb
Bake for about 15/20 minutes
