I know they are a lean breed but this seems concerning to me. Please advise if I am incorrect.

I woild go above and beyond for anyone else but this guy is a skeezeball and I think the dogs deserve better. I think the problems are already existing and they just got amplified by them being dropped off at a strangers house.
It's all of this on top of being concerned about the weight of the dog.
When I asked him how much they ate he couldn't tell me a time and how much, he said, "whatever is on the back of the bag"
Not my dog. I am upset he is this skinny and don't know if I am overreacting.
