I was watching a show and I noticed this sound effect. Where does it play in Wind Waker?

I could’ve sworn I remember it being a sound in the 3D Zelda games. So I searched up what I thought it was and no luck. Then, I found the name of the sound so I could look it up on the WindWaker wiki it was there listed as a sound that’s in the game but it didn’t tell me what the sound was used for only the name used by the sound pack it was from.
I could’ve sworn it was used for shooting fire arrows or shooting fire arrows at ice, but looking up videos of that shows that wasn’t it, so my next guess was the Ocarina of time Fire temple Fire geyser platforms and nope, still not it.
It’s gonna bother me that I don’t know where it plays despite me instantly recognising it.

I made a Rabbids Go Home microgame

In the game Rabbids Go Home for the Wii the rabbid editor takes place inside the Wii remote and you can shake the remote to fling the rabbid around making him bash into the walls and such.

Though I do like the way I did the fake masking cause I think it’s a kinda unique use of it, I’m more proud of the parallax of the chords in the foreground of the screen, cause it goes hand in hand with the masking to emphasis the depth. I’m surprised how good the environment on the tv turned out considering I had to work with very limited colors.

I’m trying to look for music that sounds very similar to this song remix by Yes.

I’ve never heard anything like it. I love the perfect mix of ethereal, calming, and great vocal effects. I feel like it just wouldn’t be the same without the vocal effects.

Where next?

I advise reading the whole thing.
I’ve always loved to draw but everything I know is from just drawing over time and that only gets you so far, ya know?
I decided I want to actually do something about it and learn how to draw properly. Because I already know some stuff from over the years I’m kinda in this weird point where if I go to far back into the basics I won’t be learning anything I don’t already know/am doing good with already, and I don’t wanna jump too far to where I miss learning crucial skills.
Based on these pieces that best represent where I’m at right now where do you think a good next thing to learn is and where do I go from there? I get there’s no right or wrong answer to this but any words will be appreciated.
My end goal is over time to hopefully get significantly better at human anatomy, perspective, and expressiveness.
The first image is one from a few pages I did very recently where I did actually practice drawing from an image 60sec each using a website called Drawingtimer. But I’m not entirely sure if that’s the right place to start so to be sure I’m asking here.

Also I edited the photos so the lines are more noticeable.

Is this recoverable? Info in description.

Im just gonna explain as short as I can while still providing necessary details.
Found my old GC Ocarina of time disc but it was heavily scratched. Booted it up and was able to navigate the games menu like choosing which question mode or looking at the demo movies.
When selecting normal or master quest it says it can’t read it, so I cleaned the disc with proper materials and it was able to progress to a screen that had a loading bar that got a quarter way through before displaying the same message.

I also found my old GC StarFox game and it was definitely more scratched and cracked than OOT but was surprisingly fully functioning. OOT being in a “better” condition than StarFox which does work, on top of that the quick clean allowing me to progress a screen gave me hope that maybe I could get it to work.

I made a higher contrast version to hopefully make the scratches easier to see through the camera.
The Starfox disc is the first 2 images and OOT is the last 2.

I’m still waiting for ya’ll to play Tak and the Great JuJu Challange. Great couch co-op game with good humour.

It’s a couch co-op puzzle platformer for the GameCube. Who doesn’t love Patrick Warburton?
Playing it 10 years ago for the first time and replaying it recently I can confirm it surprisingly holds up. Not just my nostalgia getting in the way, it’s actually just a fun game.
You can even mess with each other using your abilities to do stuff like pull your friend towards you with a grappling hook type of ability and such. It’s that type of fun you can’t get in most of not any other genre of game.

What are these 2 objects far off in the distance while on Mario’s ship in the last world of Mario galaxy 2? Only the one of the left moves up and down.

I searched it up before going here to ask but all I’ve seen are big explanations with stuff I don’t understand. I don’t get voltage’n stuff so can anyone here just give me a simple answer on a way I can charge my North American New 3DS XL in the UK safely?
The only way I can charge it currently is a big heavy brown box converter the size of a construction workers lunch box, It’s far from convenient.
