Hi, your town looks like a very desirable area to live, but may I ask, is anyone familiar with EAGLE dr.? And why have so many of the homes been up for sale? Weather damage?

I've gone over ALL the perks for going to VA , I DON'T WANT to go to FLA!
Number 1) for me is the climate
so many homes come with a nice chunk of property and Homeowners insurance is much lower!
I know there's more of a mix of ppl and quite frankly? Any state that's STILL, supporting this current regime? Is SCARY..

N.C. looks so beautiful! And I'm seeing some pretty reasonably priced houses in Fayetville..but I have zero idea what it's like there and not sure if it's worth a trip.

I've seen some really cute items at a nice consignment shop near me,unfortunately they're not my size or age appropriate for me; I've considered buying and reselling to literally make a few dollars, has anybody else done this?
I have a pretty nice consignment shop near me (they don't take outside consigners?) I've thought of possibly making a few bucks off of reselling some things, but not sure if it would be worth it? Has anyone else tried this?
