Is a maternity support belt worth trying for second trimester back pain?

I’m currently in my second trimester and my belly is growing so fast lately. I’ve noticed that I’m walking much slower now, and my lower back pain is starting to get pretty severe by the end of the day.

Naturally, I’ve fallen down the rabbit hole of looking into maternity support belts. I’ve been browsing on shein and a few other websites, and honestly, most of the styles and designs look pretty much identical to me. Before I get one, I’d love to hear from anyone who has actually used them. Do they actually provide real relief for back pain, or do they just feel restrictive and hot? Would love to hear your experiences

saved my crusty pot lid today so satisfying

i am so embarrassed to admit this but i always forget to wash the pot lid after cooking lol it accumulated so much yellow grease over time and looked terrible. decided it was time for a rescue mission today.

i just used regular dish soap mixed with some shein oil remover foam. let it sit for five minutes and the grease literally melted off. the results are pure cleaning porn. look at that shine.

Are there any methods for cleaning a cat's teeth?

hey guys! my cat is 2.5 and his breath is starting to smell... not great. we haven't been cleaning his teeth so it's definitely my fault.

i tried putting oxyfresh in his water but he basically went on a water strike lol. i’m looking at those finger brushes on shein, they look pretty convenient but i’m not sure if he’ll let me near his mouth. i’m also thinking about royal canin dental care food.

what do you guys do for your cats? any specific brushes or toothpaste flavors (chicken? fish?) that they actually enjoy? i really want to avoid a massive vet bill for a professional cleaning if i can start a good routine now. thanks!

Do I really need a postpartum kit?

I’m about to have my first baby, and I’m honestly debating whether I should just buy a full postpartum kit or prepare everything myself.

The hospital doesn’t really provide that much stuff, so I’m trying to figure out what’s actually worth getting.

My mom says I don’t need to buy any of these unnecessary things, but my friends who already have kids are strongly recommending it. They all seem pretty experienced, so now I honestly don’t know who to listen to…

I’m mainly hoping for things that can genuinely help with pain relief or just make me feel a bit more comfortable and mentally okay after birth.

Do you guys have any good postpartum kit recommendations? Or just essential things you actually ended up using after delivery? Would really appreciate any real-life experiences. I feel a bit lost here.

Trying to get GT3 FFB right in iRacing

What FFB settings are you guys using for GT3 cars in iRacing lately?

I keep bouncing between “detailed” and “too heavy”.

Would love to compare settings.

Expecting twins in September! Do we really need two of every toy?

My husband and I are getting ready for our twins arrival this September! We’ve started looking at toys and have quite a few on our wishlist—things like the Sophie la Girafe teether, Lamaze Freddie the Firefly, some Oball easy-grip balls, and those cute musical squeeze toys from Shein.

My husband brought up a great question today: Should we be buying two of everything, or is one enough for them to share? I’m torn because I want them to learn to share, but I also don’t want constant meltdowns once they get older.

For those of you with twins, what was your strategy in the beginning? Did you double up on favorites or just stick to one of each? Would love some veteran twin parent advice!

Anyone here using the ICE DRAGON 1HP chiller long term?

I’ve been researching cold plunge setups for the past few weeks and originally was leaning toward Plunge, but the price is honestly hard to justify.

Recently came across the ICE DRAGON 1HP chiller and specs actually look pretty solid for the price.

Mainly wondering:

  • how reliable is it long term?
  • does it actually hold 37-39°F consistently?
  • how loud is it in a garage/home setup?
  • any issues with maintenance or leaks?

I’m planning to pair it with a standalone tub instead of buying an all-in-one setup.

Would love to hear from anyone actually using one before I pull the trigger.

My Experience with an Affordable Soundbar

I originally started looking for a budget soundbar just to improve my living room TV audio without spending a fortune. Ended up trying the Ultimea Poseidon D60 almost on a whim.

For movies, gaming, YouTube, and casual streaming, it does a much better job than I expected in a small to medium room.
