Gym 2 times a week
Running machine speed 10.0 time 15 minutes
Leg extension 65 Do 13X
Abdominal crunch 45 Do 13X
Shoulder press 45 Do 13X
Chest press 65 Do 13X
Lat machine
•lat 55 Do 13X
Arms 50 Do 20X
Low row 45 Do 13X

I don’t have the time or energy to go to the gym over 3 times a week and I like doing full body workouts and I make my at home workouts more calm so I can do more at the gym

I have been working out on and off for the last 2-3 years but in September 2025 I started taking it more seriously now I workout at home 2-3 times a week and I go to the gym 2-3 times a week I try to workout 5 days a week and I like to do full body workouts.

I finally got visible abs

After 2-3 years of working hard on my body I have finally noticed improvements my main goal since I started working out was to get abs. But now that I have abs I want to start working on building more muscle.
