What happens if you take on the citizenship of another country while your application is pending?

Found out I'm eligible for Hungarian citizenship and am gathering my docs to apply for that in a few months. My confirmation of polish citizenship application was submitted earlier in 2026:

with waiting times, I'll likely be a Hungarian citizen well before my polish file is opened or decided upon.

Should I wait until Poland decides my case or would it not really change anything?

I remember there being a question on the form asking about other foreign citizenships

How bad of an idea is a 2005 A4 Avant 1.8t for a project car?

I’m looking for an early to mid 2000s wagon for a project car. I’ve always liked the early generation a4 avants and am wondering how robust they are specifically with the 1.8t?

For context I have the space, tools, and time to do all my own wrenching even up to an engine swap if needed.

Would love to restore one of these but wondering the general things to look out for or if they’re really just not worth the time?

Is the 2013 edition of MagyarOK okay?

I am learning Hungarian and got a great deal on the 2013 versions of MagyarOK A1 and A2 plus the workbooks. The books are pretty expensive to get in the USA, I got the 2013 editions for 1/5 of the current editions price on the hungarystore. Is this okay, will I still be able to get a good bit out of the books even if i have to hunt for the corresponding online content a bit?

New record - Pretty amazed at the fuel economy

I have a 2020 s60 t6 Inscription, pretty impressed it gets over the epa rated highway mpg on my half city half highway morning commute.

I've been messing around trying to see how high I could get the mpg on my morning commute. This is my new record haha

Pretty amazed the t6 powertrain can get this kind of fuel economy with a little self resistant 😂

Did I burn through my clear coat?

Is the cloud above and to the left of the damage clear coat burn through?

I got a huge rock chip I filled in and I tried to level it off as best I could after everything cured

Advice on how to go from here?

I received a MASSIVE rock chip that put a crater in my roof. I filled it in with touch up paint as best I could. I then applied the touch up clear coat, let it dry for 4 days, then wet sanded down to level with 1500 grit to get most of the way then 3000 at the end.

Here's how it looks right now, does anyone have advice on how I can make this look better?

I have a medium cut and fine cut polishing pad as well as optimum hyper polish to go with my dual action polisher.

What can I do to make this look a little better?

Should I shell out the cash to repair this dent?

A bird or something must have dropped a nut or a twig on my car and it put a minor dent in my roof rail.

Taking care of this car is definitely my main hobby and this dent really bothers me... Given the bubble in the paint, my go to body shop said PDR isn't going to work and quoted about $1200 to sand, pull, repaint. I'm not sure if that's worth it for a dent about the side of a penny but what do you guys think?

Technically I can open a comprehensive claim with my insurance for $500 deductible but I'm not sure that's worth it over such a small dent

Would you get this repaired?

Is this possible to fix with PDR? Small dent on roof rail, assuming a bird dropped a twig or nut on my car or something

Is this possible to fix with PDR?

Is auto start stop harmful for the engine?

I have a 2020 s60 t6 and Ive disabled auto start stop since the day I bought it as I figured it might prematurely wear out the starter

However it had me wondering if auto start stop is actually harmful for anything if one uses it?

Anyone have any suggestions?

Sudden panel gap but no signs of anything hitting my car?

My rear bumper suddenly doesn't quite line up with my taillight / quarter panel anymore. I don't see any dents, scratches, paint transfer on the side or rear of the car.

How can I fix this? I unfortunately hit a pothole pretty hard over the weekend since I couldn't get out of the way, wondering if it broke or dislodged a clip.

Has this happened to anyone else before? Car is a '20 S60
