What actually helped our congested baby breathe better?

Our LO’s been super congested on and off for a couple weeks, and I keep going back and forth between “this is probably normal” and “something doesn’t feel right” esp at night when it sounds like he can’t breathe through his nose properly. We’ve tried saline drops, bulb aspirator, and an electric one, but it’s kinda hit or miss. Sometimes a little comes out, but most of the time it feels too thick or just ends up irritating his nose more than helping. At 2am though I start spiraling and second guessing everything again For parents who’ve been through this stage, what actually worked day to day when your baby was really congested?

ended up loving this thing

I bought a MacFox as a retirement gift for myself. I wanted to be able to cruise through the trails by my house and be able to get some groceries without having to use my car. I love my bike and how easy it is to operate. I’ve been able to customize it a bit and look forward to riding it everyday! It makes me feel that sense of freedom that I had when I was a kid in my BMX bike in the 80s.

lowkey maternity clothes that aren’t a total rip off

I’ve been so frustrated trying to find decent clothes in person here. Kmart and Target seem to have barely anything left in their maternity sections, and the specialty brands are so expensive for something I’ll only wear for a few months 😅I finally stopped overthinking it and ditched the idea of "maternity sets." I’ve just been living in a few simple, high-stretch pieces:Stretchy leggings (the over the bump kind are actually a lifesaver)Loose knit dressesOversized shirts + cardigansI also caved and tried some cheaper options from shein and a few other online sites. Surprisingly, they’ve been the most comfortable! They stretch well, didn't cost a fortune, and actually look like my style.Has anyone else found that regular oversized clothes work better than actual maternity ranges? Would love to hear your voice!

everony think one person businesses are the future?

in times of AI, yep!anyone can do very much by your own, lets ai agents do the rest, like accio work, chatgpt, claude.....long before ai, tons of people started 1or2 man companies. but I have several friends that have done this.the two that are mostly online use ai tools finish the web design/hosting who then taught them some basics to update their catalog.anyway ai greatly builds upon this model with a lot more bells and whistles. If you have ai agents who function independently and coordinate all aspect of business, then it will be very possible.i think.

Hey Black Queens, I’m pretty new to clip-ins and still figuring things out, so I’ve got a few questions:What curl pattern do you usually go for so it blends well with your natural hair? There are so many different terms out there that it’s a bit confusing for me to understand how clip-in textures match our natural hair. What’s your natural curl pattern, and what curl pattern do you usually choose for clip-ins? Do you have any personal preferences when choosing? How many wefts / grams do you normally use for a full look? Like how many packs do you usually end up needing?I’m just trying to avoid buying the wrong stuff my first time 😅I’d love to hear what has worked for you—and if you have pics of your results, please feel free to share! It always helps to see how it actually turns out 🙌 Thanks in advance!

I used to be that person obsessed with having the “perfect” Google Calendar. Every day, I'd block off 9 AM sharp for deep work, thinking I had my productivity totally figured out. But then I'd just sit there, staring at a blank screen, my brain fogged and useless.

After a while, I realized my calendar wasn't really working with me—it was just telling me when I should work, regardless of how I actually felt that day.

I started calling it the productivity “dead zone” — trying to do high-focus stuff when your energy is at an all-time low. Finally, I stopped fighting my own natural rhythm and switched to energy-based scheduling instead.

Now, I don’t just fill my calendar with random time blocks. I plan my day around how I actually feel and what my natural energy flow looks like. Instead of asking, “What time is it?” I ask myself, “What’s my energy like right now?” No more forcing deep work when my brain is clearly in a slump.

I first tried to do this whole thing manually. Every morning, I'd jump into apps like Time Nomad and Planetaro, check planetary hours, assign Mars hours for heavy stuff (like working out or tough emails), and Mercury hours for communication.

Sounds cool in theory, right? But it got old real fast. Manually syncing my day to planetary time became just another chore. Not sustainable long-term. Wasting time checking apps and rearranging my to-do list? Nah, I couldn't stick with it.

The big issue? Regular task managers are static, but energy and rhythms are always shifting. You end up doing more admin work than actual work, which just burns you out. I was about to give up on the whole thing until I found something that actually made it easier.

That’s when I found TimingAI. Their energy calendar was a game-changer for me. It basically bridges the gap between my daily energy levels and my to-do list. I don’t have to waste 20 minutes in the morning figuring out the best time for each task—TimingAI does all the heavy lifting for me. It just tells me when to dive into focused work and when to take a break.

My favorite part? It reads my vibe for the day and turns that into a usable schedule. No more overthinking timing. The app just updates my calendar for me. Super simple.

If you’re looking to try rhythm-based scheduling without getting overwhelmed, here’s a 3-step system I use, called task intensity matching:

Label your tasks by vibe: Not just a list, but categorize them—deep work (high focus), meetings (social), or low-effort tasks (admin).

Track your energy for 3 days: Notice your natural peaks and crashes. Everyone has those times when they feel sharp vs. totally drained.

Automate timing: Use a tool like TimingAI to sync everything. You can stop stressing about when to do what and just get stuff done.

Anyone else doing this? Are you still tracking your energy manually or have you found an easier way to automate it?
