Looking for Brutally Honest Feedback on My Tailor Management System

Hey everyone,

I’ve been building StitchFitt, a tailor management system designed to help tailoring businesses manage their day-to-day operations digitally.

The project currently covers things like customer management, orders, measurements, tailor assignment, order status tracking, payments, and other workflow-related features.

I’ve reached a stage where I need something more valuable than compliments: genuine, critical feedback from developers, product people, UI/UX designers, and anyone who has experience running or working with tailoring businesses.

I’d really appreciate it if you could spend a few minutes exploring the project and tell me:

  • What feels confusing or difficult to use?
  • What would you change in the UI/UX?
  • Does the workflow make sense?
  • What features are missing?
  • What feels unnecessary?
  • Does it look like something a real tailoring business could actually use?
  • What would make you trust/pay for a product like this?
  • Any technical or product decisions that you think I should reconsider?

I’m specifically looking for honest criticism, not just positive feedback. If something is bad, please tell me why and how you would improve it.

Project

Frontend:
https://stitchfitt.bbaikuntha87.workers.dev/

Backend / Django application:
https://stichfitt.pythonanywhere.com/

I’m also currently looking for someone who can help me improve the frontend/UI of the project.

I’m primarily a Django/backend developer, so frontend is currently the area where I need the most help. If you’re a React/frontend developer, UI/UX designer, or someone strong in product design and interested in collaborating, I’d genuinely like to talk.

I’m willing to pay for good work. I’m not looking for free labor or someone to blindly implement designs. I’m looking for someone who can actually look at the product, understand the workflow, challenge my decisions, and help turn it into something that feels production-ready.

If you're interested, comment here or DM me with a little about your experience and what you think you could contribute.

And if you have 5–10 minutes to review StitchFitt, I’d genuinely appreciate your feedback.

Thanks in advance. I’d rather hear what’s wrong with the product now than discover it after launching.

Looking for a Co-Founder / Growth & Frontend Partner — Profit Sharing

I’m a Django/Python developer currently building a SaaS product and also developing custom websites for small businesses that want to take their business online.

The technical side is not my biggest problem anymore. My main bottleneck is customer acquisition and frontend/landing-page development, and I’m looking for someone who wants to build this with me rather than just take a one-off freelance job.

What I’m looking for

1. Growth / Customer Acquisition
Someone who can:

  • Find and reach potential customers
  • Do cold outreach and lead generation
  • Help close website/SaaS clients
  • Experiment with different acquisition channels
  • Eventually build a repeatable sales process

2. Frontend / UI
Someone comfortable with:

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Creating modern, conversion-focused landing pages
  • Turning ideas/designs into polished frontend experiences

I’ll handle the Django/Python backend, APIs, database, deployment, and core product development.

What I’m offering

I’m not looking to hire someone hourly right now.

I’m looking for a long-term collaboration where we share the profit generated from the projects/SaaS.

The idea is simple:

You bring growth/frontend expertise. + I handle the backend/product → we build → acquire customers → deliver → split the profit.

I already have projects/products in development, so we can start working on something concrete rather than spending months just planning.

If you're a developer, designer, growth person, or someone interested in building a small SaaS/web agency with a technical partner, DM me with what you can contribute and what you're looking to build.

Serious people only. I’m looking for someone who wants to actually execute, not just discuss ideas.

Need honest feedback on my portfolio and some career advice

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for honest criticism of my portfolio and some advice on what I should do next.

I built this portfolio back in 2024 when I had very little experience. It was built completely from scratch, and at that time I was proud of it. Since then, I've improved a lot as a developer and have worked on many more projects, but I never updated the portfolio.

The reason is simple: throughout my job search, nobody ever asked for my portfolio. Recruiters mostly looked at my resume or GitHub, so I never felt there was much value in spending time updating it.

Now my situation has changed. I'm currently unemployed with almost a 2-year employment gap, and I can't afford to keep waiting for the perfect job. I'm planning to start freelancing or build something of my own to generate income.

I also tried Fiverr, but I couldn't get any traction. At this point, I feel like my portfolio needs to become my sales pitch when I approach potential clients, and I want to rebuild it properly.

I'm not looking for compliments. I want people to point out everything that's wrong with it.

Please tell me:

  • What gives you a bad first impression?
  • Would you hire or trust me based on this portfolio? If not, why?
  • What should I remove, improve, or completely redesign?
  • What is missing that clients expect to see?
  • How can I make it more convincing for freelance clients instead of recruiters?
  • Besides improving the portfolio, what would you do if you were in my position?

Portfolio:
https://baikun1.github.io/portfolio1

I'm open to harsh criticism. If something looks amateur, outdated, or unprofessional, please say it directly. I'd rather fix it now than keep making the same mistakes.

I also appreciate any suggestions on getting freelance work outside Fiverr or what you would focus on if you had to start over in my situation.

Thanks for taking the time to help.

Looking for game recommendations for my laptop (RTX 2050, i5-12450H, 16GB RAM)

Device info

Hey everyone,

I've been staring at my Steam wishlist for way too long and can't decide what to play next 😅

My laptop specs:

  • i5-12450H
  • RTX 2050 (4GB)
  • 16GB RAM
  • SSD
  • Windows 64-bit

I'm looking for games that run well at 1080p without turning my laptop into a space heater.

I'm open to pretty much anything:

  • RPGs
  • Open-world games
  • Action/adventure
  • Shooters
  • Strategy games
  • Indies
  • Multiplayer

Could be a popular AAA game, an older classic, or some hidden gem that you think more people should know about.

What are some games you've played on similar hardware that ran smoothly and were genuinely fun?

Thanks in advance! 🎮

[HELP] Received multiple messages with external login links. Is this a common scam?

I recently reopened my Fiverr account after a long break and, within a few minutes, received messages from several buyers. They sent external links, such as as( https://taskspace.pro and https://taskspace.pro/work/maria12, claiming they contained project details.

One of the links opened a website that looked similar to Fiverr and appeared to ask for login information. The domain was completely unrelated to Fiverr, which raised a red flag.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Are these phishing attempts targeting sellers, or is there some legitimate reason buyers would send links like this?
