How do you apply pressure to your grafts?

Had to get creative — it was too big and spiky for the pressure bandage. The rootstock could have even been more full of sap, it was freshly rooted weeks ago.

Edit: seems it was a little to heavy, it broke near bottom after 3 min 🥹 just erected it, hopefully it’s still gonna make it🤞🏻

Crested plant pupping, columnar or crested?

If a crested plant (Trichocereus pachanoi in this case) is pupping, will the pup be columnar or crested too? Anybody had such a case before?

Variegated T. pachanoi cutting, 33cm with beautiful markings 💛💚 150€ + shipping to Europe.

Trying to fund the building of a second green house :)

The cutting is at the very bottom of the pup, almost no wounded surface to callous. Rooting hormone IBA applied immediately on the fresh surface.

WTF, anybody seen something similar before?

2 years old seedling 🌱

Looks like a healed fungal infection?

Why the vegetation point, guess it’s more vulnerable there?
