I am looking for small funded startups in blr, which can actually hire freshers, if you guys have any suggestions please drop the name in comments

I am a 2026 batch btech graduate, did internship at my MNC in my final semester, gave my all, worked entire day night even on weekends, and finally they did not convert me, bcz they wanted a "sky high exceptionally well performer", and after saying me the entire time about how my performance was good, just 2 days before the end of internship they realised that this.

Now okay maybe I was wrong that i relied on this, and never applied in the middle of internship, actually was working and couldn't find enough time, but for last 2 months I have applied to over 2000 places(dms,cold emails, linkedin, naukri,etc) with no interview calls. Applied in companies of all range. If anyone of you know about someone who's hiring, kindly do contact me, it would mean a lot. Seriously need help

Hey all! I am 22F, 2026 graduate, was 6 months intern at an MNC, and more 4 months intern experience from a startup. I am good with full stack Developement (MERN and go), both backend and frontend, HLD, DSA. I have been looking for a job since past 2 months, but I am unable to find one, not even getting interview calls, feeling depressed without a job, i mean the openings are so less and god knows how they fill up 1-2 positions that come. i hve cold emailed about 2000 hrs, I am Targeting companies of any size. Please if anyone knows someone who is hiring or can provide leads, it would be of great help. I am looking for full time roles with a min of 8 LPA.

Hey guys, I am absolutely tired of applying to 50+ jobs at linkedin daily, and getting no interview calls., so finally posting it out here. I have been constantly applying, cold dm'img, and reaching out to people since last 2 months, but nothing helped till now. I have absolutely 0 offers at the moment, any help from anyone would mean a lot.

Had a terrible intern experience at a top MNC. I was a 6 months intern there during my final semester. Firstly, the selection process was so dumb, never saw such a big company take only one round of interview that too it was very tough for few and very simply for few, total luck based selection. Then during the internship, if you get a mentor and manager who support you and understand you well and good you get a ppo, as everything's in managers hands. In my case my mentor did not give a fuck about what am i doing and left me since day 1 and while giving reviews they wrote everything bad, i mean bro you never said me anything, never saw my work then how can you pass on reviews like this, and I personally feel if something is wrong then the person interning should have been told to improve, not that they come on final day and say okay bcz of this this we cant extend you a ppo. I saw dumb people who barely spoke English, getting converted because people were very supportive in their team.

And even after giving my best, I came from office at 10pm, worked overnight, they didn't convert me. And I have been asking them since 2 months, vht they let me know 2 days ago the internship ended, and I was in my last semester I am left with no offers, and the job market is so doomed for freshers that I am unable to even get interviews.

I feel selection and hiring process should be made much transparent atleast in such big mncs. And the managers and mentors should stop destroying the lives of interns
