Domanda su un'accusa di violazione di copyright
Un pò di mesi fa ho fatto una foto ad un cartello di una ditta di termoidraulica della zona. Il cartello al suo interno ha Mario e Luigi (I personaggi della Nintendo) e ho pubblicato la foto online per fare una battuta sul fatto che Nintendo potrebbe denunciarli, perché come compagnia è molto litigiosa e molto protettiva dei suoi brand.
Ho pubblicato la foto censurando completamente il nome della ditta e aggiungendo la caption "Questa ditta sta giocando con un fuoco che brucia con l'intensità di migliaia di soli"
Dopo qualche giorno mi arriva una telefonata....è il Maresciallo dei Carabinieri della zona che mi chiede di andare in caserma da lui. Mi spiega che il proprietario della ditta ha visto il post e si è lamentato provando a denunciarmi. Hanno indagato per vedere se magari fossi un cliente insodisfatto e dopo aver visto che non avevo nessun collegamento con questa ditta hanno semplicemente deciso di far valere il "diritto di copyright" di sto tizio.
Quindi il Maresciallo mi dice semplicemente di eliminare il post per non dover passare per denuncie o robe simili.
C'è qualche base per questo? E' effettivamente una violazione di copyright anche se usano altre immagini protette da copyright? Lo è anche se ho censurato il nome della ditta?
Ci stavo pensando stamattina e mi sono incurisito.

Sto cercando gruppo di giocatori a cui potermi unire
Niente di esagerato, non cerco server Discord ufficiali con eventi o distribuzioni ecc ecc., solo un piccolo gruppo di appassionati di Pokémon con cui poter chillare in voicechat la sera o nei pomeriggi domenicali, discutere dei giochi, giocare insieme, fare shiny hunting, tutte quelle belle cose insomma.
Sono fan di vecchissima data (M31), e non ho particolari preferenze sul tipo di ambiente o di persone che fanno parte del gruppo =)

Never understood why this is considered a diss
I'm referring to when Lecter tells Jack that his name isn't remembered but only his nickname is, and that he didn't came up with it, but people gave to him.
Like, everything he said here makes Jack look cooler.
"Nobody remembers his real name" yes...because he got away with his crimes...Lecter didn't
"You didn't come up with your nickname", i mean....for a serial killer having people so scared of you that they give you a cool name like "Jack The Ripper" It's definetly a compliment...also it would be uber cringe if he gave himself that nickname...would instantly go from dope to lame.

I hate how people treat Charlie (MoistCrit1kal) online
I'm going on this rant after his latest video where he addresses some of the critiscism people threw at him for his video about the H3H3 vs iDubbz controversy, which i won't dive into. It's just sime drama between two washed up creators.

And i'm not here to whiteknight for Charlie, i'll explain at the end.
​
Basically there are three main points that people criticize Charlie for, one is fine and the other two are complete bullshit.
​
The fine one: "He's a sloptuber"
​
Yes, he's the textbook definition of sloptuber, he churns out 2 or 3 daily videos talking about the most random topics possible. But at the very least he adds some personality to it instead of being your standard commentary channel that just roboticly spits summaries of what they read on the news.
​
The two bullshit ones:

"He just parrots the opinion 90% of people share to pander to the largesr audience possible"
​
No, he has just normal opinions that a normal person has. He isn't in need of farming views and reactions (good or negative) by having the stupidest opinion possible on something to feel smart.
​
He doesn't need to say that Cuties is a subversive masterpiece, he can just say it's softcore CP. He doesn't need to say that Elon Musk is some unrecognized genius of our time, he can just say that he's a cringe loser. He doesn't need to say that Trump is some political hero or 5D chess master, he can just say that he's a senile geriatric old fart.

"He's a fence sitter, so he doesn't offend anyone"
​
This is what always grinded my gears the most because if you think this, it's obvious you never watch anyone of his videos.
​
It doesn't even take any form of media literacy, you literally need just the abilty to pick up soundwaves and process them in your brain to understand where he stands on every single topic he talks about.
​
But of course with the modern internet landscape, if you don't have the most extreme take, on any side, of something, then you're a fence sitter.
​
And to make the point i alluded at the start, why did i make this post?
​
Again, not to whiteknight for him, Charlie is a big man, he doesn't need some random loser on Reddit to defend him, but to vent. Vent about the state of the internet.
​
I've been following Charlie for years now. Why? Because he's just a guy.
​
He doesn't try to put up a performance or be controversial for the sake of views.
​
And this is what makes me mad, people are so used to losers like Asmongold, Sneako, Hasan and so long and so forth, that the moment a dude is just chilling and uploading content that isn't extremist or pandering to someone it's controversial.
​
I'm the same age as Charlie, and that is the Internet i grew up on, just people being people. But now it's not fine anymore, you either wear a mask and go fight in immaginary wars for a faction brainwashed by other content creators, or you're shunned by the web.
​
It's sad the state of the Internet today. Sorry for the long rant, had to get it out of me.

What does redemption means to you?
Is it the act to fix something wrong you did? The act of doing your best to fix it?
Is a person that steals 10K, then feels bad and gives them back redeemed?
Is a person that breaks something than buys an exact copy redeemed?
Is a person that kills 1 person and after saves the life of another redeemed?

My prediction for the Title of the sequel is
Path of D
We already saw that it will most likely be inspired by the Wizard of Oz, since we see Dorothy in the post credit scene.
D of coruse stands for Dorothy like P stands for Pinocchio and Path because her story is trying to follow the Path to go back home (The yellow brick road).
It will also make sense with a more profund theme in the game. Like the Lies are a core component of the story of Pinocchio (At least they're for what he's mostly well known) and in the game the Lies helped define P's humanity.
It is possible that maybe the game will tackle more specifically what Path we choose to take during our lives
Also it sounds cool and they might go down the road of creating a sort of franchise like Game Science is doing after Black Myth: Wukong, their next game is Black Myth: Zhong Kui

Ovviamente "Impero Romano" è molto generico visto che si tratta di diversi secoli, quindi restringiamolo a durante il regno di Cesare.
In più questo ipotetico viaggiatore nel tempo non ha mai studiato Latino, può sapere quel poco che è considerato "cultura generale".
E nel caso la risposta fosse no, quale sarebbe il periodo più a ritroso in cui sarebbe possibile comunicare efficientemente con nostri antichi connazionali?

There are 52 weapons that you can find and unlock trhought the game, 36 of these weapons are composed of two parts, blade and handle.

Basically as the title said. P never gets woken up, instead Sophia decides to ask these goofballs for help.
Everything in the story stay the same, they fight every single boss P fights (Even the optional ones), obiously they don't fight themselves and of course the motivations are different in some cases, like for example Romeo and his puppets don't fight them to bring them on his side but to just not have obstacles in fighting the carcasses.
And in the same vein, Simon just wants them dead so he doesn't have to deal with them trying to stop him.
Can they defeat Simon and the Nameless Puppet and save what's left of Krat, or are they cooked? If so, at what point?
