A somewhat recent horror movie.
Hey all. I’m trying to think of a horror movie that I think came out in the last 20 years or so.
The main premise is that there is a monster that can only be seen by the victim and is invisible to everybody else, though if the monster attacks a person and say, lifts them in the air, other people will see the victim rise up into the air.
Also, this monster only attacks children and young adults, and if I remember correctly, it is manifested by the fears and anxieties of the victim’s parent. Two scenes that stick out are a mom that used to have a parenting blog keeps her son locked in a closet to keep him safe, not realising that her worries are what is putting him in danger in the first place.
The other is the main protagonist gets attacked, in a hospital parking lot I think, and is able to stop the attack by drugging her father with a syringe full of tranquilliser, which puts him to sleep and makes the monster disappear.
I hope that’s enough detail to help somebody remember the name of this movie. I’ve googled and googled and haven’t found the right combination of search terms, so ya’ll are my best hope. Thanks!
Not just a simple tailor.
He’s branched out into other services..
Saw in the parking lot of my local brewpub..
This was run on the curb, both sides of the parking lot, and a trench in the asphalt across the driveway.
It can’t just be me, can it?
I’ve always thought that Minuet and Janeway could have at least been sisters. I’m rewatching 11001001 and I still think Carolyn McCormick could be a young Kate Mulgrew..
Battleship USS Iowa
I went to the LA Fleet Week and did the tour of the USS Iowa marine museum. This is the same class of ship they used in the movie Battleship. The whole ship is basically a floating museum, and in one of the rooms I found out that someone was a TNG fan..
Of course it’s a Raptor.
They’re really not THAT far over the line, plus it’s an end spot, so it really doesn’t matter. What really had me laughing though was the driver-side tire. I’ve ridden in one of these before, and there’s no way they didn’t feel that..
