Do you think this is really the worst anime downgrade ever?

Remember when The Seven Deadly Sins was praised for its animation back in 2014? 😭

After the studio switch from A-1 Pictures to Studio Deen/Marvy Jack, fans started calling it one of the biggest anime downgrades ever. From iconic fights turning into memes to the infamous “white blood” censorship, the falloff shocked the entire anime community.

What’s something about adulthood nobody warned you about?

I feel like growing up is less about having everything figured out and more about constantly figuring things out as you go. Some things nobody really prepares you for, especially the small everyday stuff that somehow becomes a big part of life.

What’s something adulthood taught you that you genuinely wish someone had told you earlier?

I miss having a life where money wasn’t always a consideration

Not saying I want to go back to being a kid, but there was something nice about making plans without immediately calculating how much they’d cost.

Now even a simple weekend plan involves checking the bank balance, thinking about next month’s expenses and deciding whether it’s actually worth spending the money.

When did adulthood become one long budgeting exercise?

When did you realise being independent is actually expensive?

I used to think having your own income would automatically make life feel easier. Then rent, bills, groceries, subscriptions, family responsibilities and random expenses started eating into it.

Now I understand why people say they’re earning more but somehow still feel broke.

What’s one expense you completely underestimated before becoming financially independent?

Is it normal to feel guilty for wanting a life your family wouldn’t choose for you?

I’ve started noticing how often I make decisions based on whether my family will be comfortable with them rather than whether I actually want them.

Things like living alone, going out spontaneously, travelling with friends, spending money on experiences, even deciding what I want my future to look like.

Nobody is explicitly stopping me from doing these things. It’s more like there’s this invisible line I know I’m not supposed to cross.

And the frustrating part is that I don’t even know where the line between respecting your family and actually living your own life is.

Has anyone else had to figure this out?

What's one small thing that made life feel a little easier this year?

Life doesn't always get better because of one big moment. Sometimes it's the small changes that quietly make the biggest difference.

Maybe you started sleeping on time, stopped checking your phone every few minutes, learned to cook a few meals, kept a budget, or simply stopped stressing over things you can't control.

I'm always curious about the little habits people pick up that actually make everyday life feel a bit lighter.

What's one small change that genuinely made your life easier?
