Radiation + Hormone Therapy Insight

My father (69 y.o) was recently diagnosed with group 5, gleason score 9 prostate CA, PET scan not scheduled til June 5. Because he has hx of double whipple, he is ineligible for prosectomy. He will be starting radiation June 9 + hormone therapy.

I want to support my father the best I can and learn all I can and would rather go to those first hand who have (unfortunately) been through it vs referring solely to Google.

Can anyone shed light into things they wish they knew, or things my father should know to prepare for/be successful in his radiation + hormone journey? Tips, insight, anything is appreciated.

Thank you to those who offer perspective and best of luck to all who are battling prostate CA!

Mortgage rates

Mortgage rates are terrible right now - shopping for lenders and all the rates are just awful compared to what we were paying. Anyone have suggestions for somewhere to look that may offer somewhat more of a reasonable rate?

▲ 3 r/MCAS

I know MCAS is incredibly wide spread and systemic and symptoms and severity vary greatly person-to-person. If you had to choose your most prevalent symptoms/diagnostic features to explain to someone that you have MCAS and how you present with it, in a few sentences, how would you describe your MCAS presentation?
