I just thought I'd share for anyone interested 😁

A customer complained to my manager that I was drinking beer at the till. It was kombucha. My manager was like "wtf, I know that can't be right" and came to speak to me, where I showed them both the can of kombucha. The guy didn't even apologise, just said whoops my bad. Like...for real 😐 if he had asked what I was drinking I would have showed him.

I know this may be a long shot. But I once had a song from an Australian band that I can't remember the name of (on the tip of my tongue though so I bet if I saw it I'd recognise it). It was house/EDM instrumental, no lyrics. I believe they were from Western Australia. It would have been 2007 that I had the song up...if anyone has any ideas on who it could have been please let me know as I haven't been able to find them.

Edit: they were a small band, I doubt they'd have more than 1k listeners a month on Spotify if they were on there

It makes me sad how much Australian talent there is out there who don't get the recognition they deserve! It also makes me mad knowing that AI songs are getting more love than human talent. So let's spread some love. What's a local band or artist you have seen or heard recently that you loved? Feel free to share your suburb, or if you're not comfortable with that then that's fine too, but let's give some local Australian talent some more love and recognition. (Should be obvious but please no AI artists)

I have someone visiting from overseas and she's been taking photos of everything haha, she wants to see some big and unusual things to take photos of here (just Ipswich please, not Brisbane/Gold Coast/Logan etc as I do not have the time or energy to head out that way) but I'm drawing a blank! I've been to a bull riding event at a different town and it was a CRAZY night...like definitely NOT kid friendly. But that town wasn't at all like Ipswich. So I was just wondering if it would be ok to take a primary school age child? Thanks in advance :)

So I have kids that are older, my eldest is almost an adult and my youngest starts high school next year so we do not own a Tonie Box....in fact I had never even heard of a Tonie Box until my sister in law said my niece now has one and loves it and so if we need gift ideas, Tonie characters are appreciated.

I thought "Ok great! Easy!" But there are SO MANY choices. Omg. So many...she's only 1 so she can't talk yet. What Tonie Characters do your toddlers like best? She already has Ms Rachel, Winnie the Pooh, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Kermit, Peter Rabbit, a Tonie character fox and a Tonie character cat one. So I'm trying to decide which ones to get...my niece is my brother and sister in law's first baby and there's a huge age gap between children in our family so they're not sure and I'm not sure... please help with any Tonie Character suggestions 😅
