
Is my package lost?

Good morning,
I've shipped a ton of packages in the past and have never ran into a problem like this. Of course I didn't get insurance as I was tired of getting packages returned to me, not clearing customs, and being out lots of money. I have also never had UPS lose a package. This package unfortunately is worth $4,000.
At first it was stuck at the border due to needing a certificate of orgin. I filled it out and sent it back within a day after they told me that was the required document missing. Before they recieved it, they had already started returning the item to me. It then cleared customs with the forms, but the item was already in transit back to me.
Nobody now seems to know where it is, it has 2 different tracking numbers (one saying on the way, and one saying incomplete address info for return)
I have called and updated my address info and just asked for them to return it as at this point I just want the item back, but nobody seems to know where it is. Some think it's lost, some think it is safely in the warehouse. I get different answers everytime I call.
Lots of reps also thought maybe a damaged label, but I attached 6 labels to make sure there were lots.
Anyone run into anything like this? Does you think it is possible I still get my package back?
I have uploaded a photo of the screenshot of my last updates on tracking from my second trakcing number.
It would inky let me upload 1 photo but the other tracking number says on May 14th, issue resolved on the way. Then on May 19th that I requested a return to sender, but nothing else.
