Best folder under $50 imo

Ruike p-108sf in 14c28n steel, only negatives are it’s abit heavy and could use some jimping. Otherwise stellar knife. Quality seems unreal for the price and they do make a lighter cpm154/ti variant that’s lighter

Anyone ride fixed gear bikes precariously and wants someone to occasionally ride with?

Not saying running every red or being dangerous just riding hard and fast and occasionally on one wheel etc

How i KOM after 17 years involuntary celibacy

Next upgrade will be the new S-works carbon fleshlight stem, probably the Destiny Dixon variant. Should add some watts and lose a few grams every few minutes too heh

No better feeling than new cranks on the daily

Got a couple upgrade ideas but still unsure
, thinking nitto riser bars, re lace front wheel to black hub and spokes so far, does a 1/18 threadless lugged fork with tighter geo exist…Has anyone here run a carbon fork on a steel frame before

Got this same exact colour raceline build stolen in 2014, Came up on Marketplace so I Rebuilt my long lost love

Last pic is the one I had 12 years ago, sticker bombed and a size smaller, went all in with campy wheels and Thomson bits :P

How it started VS how it’s going

Kept the frame and OEM seatpost/seat and that’s about it lol

Snagged for 70 bucks, anyone else run a Thomson masterpiece carbon seatpost?

Sorry the second picture quality is ass, it’s a video screenshot I’ll post better pics of it on the actual build soon just nursing a shoulder injury atm so can’t ride

Ancient artifacts lmao

Remember the first gen omniums that said truvativ and “powered by sram” and even had a sharper edge non rounded GXP bottom bracket. Holding these in my hands takes me back holy moly

Has anyone else fell in-love with a bike that was in a bin and saved it?

A 1973/1974 Bennett and wood super sport 58cm squared Japanese made found in a bin roadie, I have bikes way “nicer” than this one that I’ve spent quadruple the money on but I find myself riding this one the most. Love the colour and patina

Also best thing about old roadies is a lot have even thicker larger steel dropouts than a track bike and can run 35c tires (I’m running 32s)

Last pic is the day I found her and after fixed the seized bottom bracket that nearly sent her to a rusty grave

Found this beaten up 1970s Bennett and wood roadie in a bin and fell in love

Free discarded bin frame because the BB was seized in it, fixed it and cleaned it, got stem and seatpost for free, had spare wheels and cheap spare cranks, chain is made from Izumi black and Izumi ST offcuts.
fork was really the only investment at 100 bux and 30 on the saddle! Japanese made! Super comfy geo and cool colour and patina

Vintage hard anodised campy strada aero hoops, omniums, ti flite saddle, thomson and ritchey etc

Same frame I had stolen when I was 21 and 10 years later I’ve gathered up all the parts is used to want but couldn’t afford and it’s complete. So content with it.
