If you’re awake from like 2–4 AM, do you stop/restart your Eight Sleep session or just leave it running?

Trying to figure out the best way to handle awake periods in the middle of the night.

For whatever reason (cat jumping up on me for example) I will wake up around 2am sometimes and not be able to get back to sleep for an hour or more.

About an hour or two later I’ll start to feel sleepy again.

I leave the Pod running and will move around randomly to try to let it know I’m not asleep, but it will sometimes log it as deep sleep anyway.

What’s the best way to handle awake periods? End the sleep session and then start a new one when I’m feeling sleepy again?

I sleep alone, maybe turn off “both sides” setting of the Pod and just choose right for tracking and move to the other side while awake?

Conflicting info in insights

The insights need work. Title says REM sleep is down 4%, then content says it increased by 4%.

The Home tab really isn’t helpful as-is.
