I need cosplay/drag wig styling advice. I browsed the web for wig styling techniques.

And tried styling and dyeing one last week and the results only looked good in a few pics. Definitely not in person. Refer to pics.

I used perm rods and put the (heat resistant lace front synthetic) wig in hot water with a fabric dye (jacquard Idye poly) dissolved in that.

Attempt two must be must be finished by next Tuesday, and be shoulder length, tightly curled and red/black coloured. I will tie it back​ as part of the performance.

Should I start with a straight wig in the preferred colour? ​

A box braided wig is another option I'll consider.

I often feel alone and unworthy. As I don't encounter many online who did similar SH (E. G. Transfusions and surgery needed) who has received zero mental health support since.

It's been over a year now. And I've had help for my psychotic symptoms many years ago, when I lived in another part of the UK. But nothing for the past 4y. Not even medication reviews.

I haven't SHed in over 4 months, but I fear being denied any chance of getting help if I don't do something intense again. I don't feel like doing it, but I feel I'm faking the whole thing otherwise.

But due to ongoing complications, some acts may actually kill me this time.

I just want to know that I'm not the only one in this situation.

I can't imitate accents (consciously or easily) and vary how formal I sound. This also affects swearing which means my anger builds up more.

Annoying as I would prefer a slight change to my speech patterns.

Does anyone else have my kind of autism? It seems the opposite is more common.

I also wonder why it's so hard for me? And if anyone has advice, I'd appreciate it.
