I have a $1,000 budget for 2 monitors. Ideally I would get two 4k monitors but it’s just a little out of budget. I can get two of these 2k qd-oled samsung monitors on amazon for $800 worth it or not?

My biggest bottleneck is my HHD, but I need a full motherboard replacement.
I would like to comfortable play Microsoft Flight Simulator in the future.
I don’t want to sped $2,000 right now, but maybe $1,000 and $1,000 later. I would like to buy a motherboard, cpu, and a 4.0 SSD (about $700).
And I want to reuse my ram and GPU until I’m ready to upgrade.
I figured building on 4.0 would save me lots of money on ram&ssd, but I’m having a hard time deciding what is actually worth it for the price and what is not. It is hard to compare speeds without actually seeing them.
9800x3d - $425
7800x3d- $340
5800x3d - $340 (only dd4 option)
The CPU price difference of $100 makes me want the 9800, but then I would have to pay an additional $400 for 32gb ddr5. I also stated earlier that I wanted to use a 4.0 ssd because I feel the cost is not justified for a 5.0. I am not sure if this will cause complications or not.
I would like to build Micro ATX if possible, but I am inexperienced and that seems a little more complicated.

We wouldn’t need speed limits if people just knew how to operate their vehicle. Safe driving is not going the speed limit. Safe driving is safe driving. Pay attention, speed up and slow down when you need to.
Cops that give tickets to people for speeding are horrible cops.
Two main reasons;
If there were no speed limits and people were smarter, we could all just drive without constant fear of cops. The average person is innocent and not putting anyone in danger. There is NO reason why average people should be afraid of getting a ticket or interacting with an officer.
Unfortunately a lot of cops are too busy protecting & serving their quota to use common sense. If anything, they should be helping people change tires on the side of the road and shit like that in their spare time.

At no point did I say people should go 100mph in a school zone. I said PAY ATTENTION. obviously driving at these speeds in pedestrian areas are reckless. Everyone can agree on that. You shouldn’t get a ticket for speeding. You should get it because you ACTUALLY put people in danger. Not because you were going 15 over past a cop. Holy shit guys.

I frequently smoke dabs, and I’ve been wanting to dabble in edibles. I started buying 100mg from the dispensary and would never feel anything. I tried Bold Liquid Gold 700mg syrup (drank half) half a bottle of tincture and felt nothing. I tried 400mg of smokiez edibles and was actually pretty high. Is this just where my tolerance is at..?
I don’t know why they are trying to patch Act 3 lol. It’s the only thing that brought me back to this game and I ended up playing so much recently I even got GTA+. If it gets patched I will not be renewing my membership 😂

I have roughly $6,000 to spend on a car and have been looking for nice toyota/honda at around 100,000. However, this really caught my eye because I know these diesels can hit up to 500,000 miles.
