Been wanting to start with rosemary train for improving my scalp health and thinning crown(with the hair growth serum that I already use), but I genuinely don’t have the time or patience to make one myself 😭 Is the Bare anatomy rosemary spray the best option available right now, or are there any alternatives?

Anyone who suffers from severe dandruff knows ki black kapde pehen na is like a ultimate punishment. Especially with the crazy Kolkata humidity, your scalp gets sweaty, the flakes loosen up, and the next thing you know, your whole shoulders are covered in white dust. It looks so weird when someone points it out😭😭😭😰😰😰 Constantly brushing your shoulders off, asking your friends "bhai hair e ba shoulders e kichu ache?" every 5 minutes😭.

Finally found a routine that actually worked for me: Mummy se head massage (the classic Parachute aloe vera oil) and then washing it off with the Bare Anatomy anti-dandruff shampoo. Pro tip: massage your scalp with the shampoo for at least 5 minutes before rinsing.

It's been 3 weeks and I wore a black t-shirt yesterday with zero fear. Just sharing this here because I know half of us are fighting for our lives against this weather and scalp issues hehe.

I’ve been trying to increase my protein intake without relying on dairy, so I recently picked up a chocolate-flavoured yeast protein.
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s been a pleasant surprise. The chocolate flavour is nice without being overly sweet, it mixes pretty well, and the best part is how light it feels. No bloating or heavy feeling afterwards, which I’ve experienced with a few other protein powders.
Still early days, but I’m liking it so far. Curious if anyone else here has tried yeast protein. Any favourite brands or recipes?

I’ve struggled with dandruff for a while, and to me it was an issue that most anti-dandruff shampoos smell way too medicinal. I recently tried the Bare Anatomy Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, and it’s honestly been a pleasant surprise. It actually smells like a premium salon shampoo, and after a few washes, my flakes and itching reduced quite a bit too.

Now I’m curious, what’s your go-to anti-dandruff shampoo that actually works but doesn’t smell like a pharmacy?

I am 16, and I I am already balding from my crown area. It has been four months now. The hair fall was really really bad in the beginning started using this bare anatomy, hair growth serum since the past 7-8 weeks and the hair fall has almost stopped, but I don’t see any hair growth yet. I know hair growth takes time, but is there any way to speed up the process? I am using a derma roller too regularly.

Please help if anyone has been through this situation what helped for you?

I’m actually losing my mind rn. My sunscreen is literally vanishing. I strictly use the two-finger rule, but this bottle is emptying way too fast.
And my flatmate, the guy who washes his face with random 3-in-1 shampoo. Suddenly, he's walking around with this suspicious glow. No cap, his skin looks better than mine. I gave him the exact Doakes stare today when I caught him glowing(im not jealous trust me)

The thing is, my dermat specifically put me on this sun protection gel recently to fix my skin barrier. It’s my holy grail and not exactly cheap, and this dude is probably slathering it on like a free body lotion. 😭 I confronted him and he deadass went, "nah bro, maybe it leaked." LEAKED WHERE?? The desk is completely dry! The math is not mathing.

How do I catch him red-handed? Do I booby-trap the bottle? Help.
