I’m looking for Universes Within versions of these cards, could you help me find them?

[[Staff of Eden, Vault’s Key]]
[[Relm’s Sketching]]
[[Kitsune, Dragon’s Daughter]]
[[Big Apple, 3 a.m.]]
[[Glamdring]]

If anyone has made UW versions of these I would be thrilled!

Sound only coming from soundbar and left and right fronts.

EDIT: The solution was unplugging everything, waiting 2 minutes, then plugging everything back in 🫠

My system is:
- Arc Ultra
- x2 Era 300 (surrounds)
- x2 Era 100 SL (fronts)
- Sub 4

I noticed recently that sound is only coming from the arc ultra and the era 100s, but it seems like it’s incorrectly attributing the sound which should be coming from the era 300’s to the 100’s. I have ungrouped and regrouped all the items in the SonoSequencr app but this didn’t help. I noticed the problem while watching Batman Begins (DTS Digital 5.1) when sound was literally only coming from the soundbar, and I have further tested it on the “Sound Test for Dolby Atmos” Apple TV app by native-it.com.

I’m at a loss and becoming frustrated with the system, can someone please help me troubleshoot? Is there a discord where I can discuss this?

Can someone explain this interaction to me?

Why does Keke spawn back in after sinking and “has”ing box? Is it because Box is Keke? Is this the intended solution for this level?

I continue to get this error every time I try to TruePlay

I recently moved my Sub 4 in my theater room and want to retune my TruePlay, but I keep receiving this error. My system is Arc Ultra, Sub 4, and x2 Era 300 surrounds. What can I do to fix this error?

How high should I place my FR and FL speakers?

Should it be as close to the height of my soundbar as possible? Closer to ear level?

My soundbar (Arc Ultra) is a little lower than ear level because it’s mounted under our projector screen which is what prompts me to ask

New to SonoSequencr, does TruePlay make a big difference?

Don’t have my front speakers yet (Era 100s) but I was curious what you all’s experience was with TruePlay and fronts. Is it worth setting up TruePlay or better to just mess around with the EQs manually?

For reference my current set up is: Arc Ultra, x1 Sub 4, and x2 Era 300s (surrounds).

I’m picking up an Xbox 360 disc to play on my Xbox Series X, which game should I get?

I’m planning to pick up a physical copy of L4D1 or L4D2 to play on Xbox (since you can’t buy it digitally on the Microsoft store smh), but I’m not sure which one to get. I don’t think I’ll have access to any of the DLC since it’s just the base disc without the extra content. Which would you recommend?

Creating a party game and need help with prompt ideas

Hi all! I’m creating a party game where you create teams of people and need prompts like:
“Best team to pull off an Oceans 11 heist at the Lourve”
“Most entertaining cast for a season of Love Island”
“Nightmare blunt rotation”

I have more written down, but only like 30 and I’d like to have 50-100 unique prompts. I don’t want to resort to AI, so what do most people do when they need help with a “creative writing” assignment like this?

DM’ing at a local game store for total beginners. What adventures are good one-shots that can be “finished” or come to a satisfying end in under 2 hours?

I’m thought about running a tournament-style dungeon like ‘And He Shall Eat the Sun’ or ‘The Cursed Cave of One Billion Bats’ because they are designed explicitly for fast play (2 hours or less), but I’m thinking a bloodbath dungeon may be a little much for brand new players.

I am a very experienced DM and will be running Knave 2e as it’s my preferred system and I found the rules-light approach makes it very accessible to beginner players. Knave 2e is compatible with OSE, B/X, etc but I’m also comfortable adapting adventures to Knave 2e so feel free to recommend anything.

And yes, I will be bringing pre-gen character sheets and avoiding all filler (dropping them right into the adventure) so no need to worry about all that!

Easy tool for designing card template?

I need to print about 300 cards for my prototype and each one just needs to have basic text on it (no longer than about a sentence per card). Ideally a template that lets me print 9 cards per page and easily edited. This seems like it should be very simple, but I feel like I can’t find the right tool!

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great I’m pretty clueless here

This removes the “default button” bias from the argument to more closely resemble the original Red Button vs Blue Button dilemma. How does this affect your decision?

EDIT: Not picking a slide is NOT an option. Assume if you don’t pick a slide, then you will be locked in your cage forever and starve.

u/Smithsonian30 — 4 months ago

Everyone can’t see or hear what anyone else is doing when they make their choice.

I understand this is presenting the “default” as not being in harms way, but that’s in the spirit of the original question in our opinion.
