Daggerheart oneshot dungeon crawl size?

Greetings hive mind! I had a question for those more experienced in daggerheart than I. In October there is a convention that I was originally thinking to run Rapture Protocol from alie s RPG at but its much longer than a one shot. So I thought I might do some conversion and run a daggerheart scifi dungeon crawl oneshot. Only problem is im not sure how big to make the ship theu will be exploring. I have 4 hours and I've found daggerheart can run really fast but I want to start now because I ha e props I want to make and knowing the size of the du neon will be helpful in that regard.

Advice appreciated!

part sourcing very small flickering LED's to simulate fire

Greetings hive mind!

I'm in to D&D and I have a miniature that I'd like to install some LED's into, specifically to simulate fire, however the LED's i would need to use are super small LED's so I can embed them in the mini where it would have the most impact, .4mmx.2mm to be precise. They are 2V and color shift at bit at 3V. Drilling the holes and running the wires to a power source is easy enough and I'll figure out how to hide it but for the life of me I can't find a way to make them flicker. I've found once place that sells flickering LEDS in sizes I need but they are kits and cost $4 a bulb and I need a bunch for various projects. The small ones have some kind of small integrated circuit that makes them flicker but no idea what that might be.

I was hoping that this collective might be able to point me either 1.8mm or smaller flickering LED's with the integrated flickering component or a place where I could buy the actual flickering circuit to assemble the LED's myself. In both cases being able to buy them in bulk would be a huge boon. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

flickering nano or pico leds?

Greetings hive mind,

I'm trying to find a source for nano or pico LEDs that flicker like a candle (1.8mm MAX size preferably less than 1mm). I know Evan Designs has some but $4+ an led is a bit pricier than I want to pay (i need 10 to 15 for my current project). I was wondering if anyone could point me at another source? Bulk would be ideal as I will need many many more for other projects but my google fu (and ali express fu) is failing me. Any assistance would be appreciated. Alternatively links to the part that actually makes an LED flicker would work as well, I'm quite happy to DIY it.

Ever shifting dungeon design help

Good.morning hive mind,

Im working on a campaign frame for use with the evermorph dungeon cube (with other options that dont require a purpose). I have those mechanics figured out but the one thing I haven't figured out is how best to incorporate some aspects.from beast feast (rest and cooking mwchanics). Its easy enough to bring them.over wholesale but id like to eventually release it publicly and im not sure if just porting those mechanics is acceptable or if i need to redesign them a little so the frame is a one stop shop. Any advice would be appreciated.

What might this be worth/insurance value?

My wife and i inherited some crystal glassware. It definitely sounds and feels like crystal but there are no markings on it. My grandparents bought it in the 60's I think in Malaysia. There's quite a bit of it but we have no idea if it's worth getting someone to appraise it or if its just fancy glassware. We have between 7 and 10 of each style. Any help would be appreciated.

Random dungeon on the fly?

Greetings hive mind!

I had an idea I wanted to get critiqued. I have an idea for a dungeon that is built out on the fly based on player exploration. I was thinking of a couple bags that the players could draw from. One with rooms the other with corridors (and trap). Each room would equate to a prebuilt encounter. When the players would move through an exit of a room draw a corridor, leave a corridor, draw a room. I can build the things that are drawn to a consistent size and shape so they won't ru each other over.

What part is it to connect multiple JST connectors together for a similar result as a large scale powerbar?

Greetings hivemind! Im learning how to make my own electronics and im having lots of struggles with what things are called so I can get the parts I need to do what I want. I have a bunch of LEDs that id like to power off the same circuit but id like to connect them with JST connectors to something similar to a powerbar, ideally USB -C powered (or the parts so i can make it myself and learn). Im working with extremely tiny LEDs and being able to plug and unplug would be very helpful both in terms of wire management but also help my noobie brain learn.

I have the tools and parts to attach the plugs to the various wires but putting a plug on something is all fine and dandy but I have no clue how to make the thing to plug it into.

PLA malleable temperature?

I have a miniature id like to print for D&D but id like to change its position post print a little bit. I was wondering if there was a way I could do so? Im not sure what the temperature is thst would enable me to do that at however. Im hoping its something like put i hot water for a couple minutes then gently put it in shape while it cools.

Today I learned why the resin vat has screws...

If you've ever wondered why you should make certain you securely attach the resin vat the attached picture shows you a POSITIVE result. Had the adhesion to .y build plate been weaker it would have dropped on to the LCD and splashed its full resin tank everywhere.

Let my oversight serve as your lesson learned.

Stls for mini building?

Hi all, I've been playing 5 parsecs from home and having a great deal of fun with it, im using some generic minis I have but id like to print and paint some for my characters. Ideally id like to find some build them yourself options so I can pick different heads and bodies and things.

The only one I known of like that is stationforge on my mini factory but id love to know if there are more!

Hi all i had a question for the hive mind. I've been printing assorted miniatures like its going out of style and Im finding that the resin is very fragile fornsome of the finer parts and i was wondering if there was a water washable resin that people could suggest that still has good details?

I have an elegoo mars 5 ultra but no way to really vent it outside (planning to get the air purifier when I can afford it) and isopropyl alcohol is hard to find where I am at a decent price. I was thinking about the abs like washable resin but not sure if they would be able to maintain the same level of detail.
