Tibullus 1.1

What exactly is the function of "quem" and "cui"? It sounds a little weird to me.

Divitias alius fulvo sibi congerat auro

Et teneat culti iugera multa soli,

Quem labor adsiduus vicino terreat hoste,

Martia cui somnos classica pulsa fugent

Elegy by Sulpicia

What is the function of "qualem"? How does it relate to "quam"?

Tandem venit amor, qualem texisse pudori

quam nudasse alicui sit mihi fama magis.

Metamorphoses classified as lyrical poem

Hi, I have a bilingual pocket anthology of latin poetry [PT-LAT], printed in Brazil, named Poesia Lírica Latina (Latin Lyrical Poetry). It is good, for me at least, but the Ovid section contains large excerpts of the Metamorphoses, which leaves little room for other worls of his that are considered properly lyrical, and that bothers me a lot. The preface is very short and doesn't explain anything about it, and the text doesn't have any notes to the poems.

My question is this: How can the Metamorphoses be considered a lyrical poem in any way?
