Obama signed away due process, via Indefinite Detention: we no longer even have the right to a trial. One of the MANY war crimes committed by a country (like Israel) against Palestinians is the Indefinite Detention of Palestinians without due process. Yet the USA commits the exact same war crimes both with immigrants, Afghanis, Iraqis in Gitmo and now can do the same to anyone for any reason without a trial by a jury of our peers. The USA is breaking international law both internationally and domestically. Laws that the USA helped to craft.

We must vote against D & R BOTH while we still have a vote.
