Hello po sa mga nag sosolo living po dyan sa pampanga, hihingi po sana ako ng advice or recommendation kung saan po maganda rumenta?

about me po is ako lang po ang rerenta. currently po looking po ako ng remote work setup na work after I found one po is naghahanap po ako ng marerentahan around pampanga po.

Budget: 6-8k (is this enough for 1 person?)

My preference is

- flood free or hanggang talampakan lang ang baha

- malapit po sana sa palengke or 1 ride sa palengke po.

- own meter Electricity & Water

- low cost of living like yung mga essentials po na bilihin

- may appliances na like refrigerator, induction stove, AC, Bed, washing machine

Hello po mag tatanong lang po ako kung dapat po banlawan ng tubig yung mga meats para matanggal yung tubig or hindi po? base po kasi sa nababasa ko dito sa reddit, hindi sya dapat banlawan ng tubig kase nag iintroduce po ng bacteria from tap water po. mas okay po ba linisin nalang sya kapag lulutuin na? chaka ipaparboil ko din po para maremove yung scum before cooking it.

Hi! I have built my first PC. This is my first time undervolting & overclocking, I downloaded MSI Afterburner to undervolt & overclock my GPU but it seems that my GPU - ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon™ RX 9070 XT OC Edition 16GB GDDR6 does not support curve editor in MSI afterburner so I switched to AMD AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition but I find that the custom Max Frequency Offset does not work or is it a bug? I get the same score in 3dmark even I put the max frequency to its max offset.

I would like to ask you could help me how to undervolt and overclock my GPU and CPU, what is the best software do I use to undervolt and overclock my GPU and CPU?

can someone help me I downloaded the Fan Control V270 .NET 10 after installion it requires me to download Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime. I click the log file and this thing comes out.
