I need "Reacted" Condition Rings

I have a collection of Condition Rings (small round rings you up on top or underneath your Mini to indicate it has an ongoing condition. There are many Conditions in DnD, so of course some are lacking, but I have been gravely annoyed with the fact that I cannot get any saying "reacted". Could I somehow make them myself? How?

Help me word this better

I'm adding negative hit points for a special Magic Item and I need help to word it better so I avoid misundestandings at the table:

If your hp ever reaches below your maximum hp x -1, you die instantly.

The idea is that if your maximal xp is 100, but you reach -101 hp, you die instantly.

What could I put in an evil archwizard Lair?

My lvl 20 party is going into my evil archwizard BBEG lair and I'm too lazy to come up with cool rooms myself, so I went to the obviously best place for suggestions on the Internet.

They couldn't help though, I so decided to try here

What's your favourite site to take premade dungeons from?

I grew really fond of dungeons recently, but making a new one for each adventure is a lot of work, especially since I like making my own adventures from scratch.

I want to go middle patch and take premade dungeons, only tweaking them to my needs.

That brings me to my question - what's the best source for ready-to-use dungeons I can just tweak here and there?

Where to get more human enemies?

I want to make a campaign mostly focused over a civil war within the Empire of Man. Because of that, many enemies will be humans.

Unfortunately, the Core rulebook has very few human enemies. Which book can I get more of those from?

WFR players don't like homebrew?

I have recently been talking with a friend about a Warhammer campaign I'm preparing and they told me that it's too homebrewed. I was surprised, because I usually play DnD and homebrewing stuff actually encouraged it in there. Even the rulebooks encourage you to do so.

I asked about it and they said Warhammer players prefer to play rules as written, but while they can do with mechanical homebrew, changing the lore or playing in your own settings are very tricky because Warhammer's mechanics are tightly tied to its lore. Even if the changes van be done, players care about lore deeply and won't be happy if I try to make my own settings the way I do in DnD.

Is it true? I have only done a few oneshots and didn't play too much so far, so it's hard for me to tell. I don't have a specific group I want to play with atm, but if that's the general attitude of the fandom, it's definitely worth knowing

Minor detail, but I need an opinion

I don't like the new Tarrasque's Thunderous Bellow, I feel it's too similar to draconic breath attacks.

Here's what I want to implement instead:

Tail Whip

Melee Attack Roll: +19, reach 150 ft.

Hit: 23 (3d8 + 10) Bludgeoning damage and the target has to suceed on DC 27 Constitition Saving Throw of be Stunned until the end of its next turn.

I actually care more about the 120 ft. part than the Stunned part. It would protect Tarrasque from fliers, but wouldn't it seem a little ridiculous for a tail to be this long?

As I said, it's a minor detail, but it has bothering me

An rpg alike DnD 5e, but with faster combat

I like almost everything about DnD 5e, but the pace of their combat is one thing I cannot stand. I know that this cannot be changed without some heavy intervention into the system, so I have started to look for a counterpart.

Any recommendations would be appreciated

Can I use barking to determine drop's depth?

I have made a few tests with inconclusive results. In real life, you can guestimate size of a place by shouting or clapping and listening to the echo. Blind people use this.

I wondered if the same is possible in the game. That'd transform barking from cute little detail into important mechanic! Unfortunately, I'm tone deaf and cannot tell if it works or am I just imagining that lmfao

Are the developers actually on this subreddit?

I have seen several people giving away their suggestions, but I don't know if there's actually anyone reading those.

Also, can I somewhere check what's already planned for a game? I don't want to suggest something which is already planned to happen.

How to make more interesting DnD terrain?

I have recently played an online oneshot, where I have used a random battlemap for the final battle. I didn't even notice that it had a large on it elevantion, which turned out to be a real gamechanger in terms of tactical approach - instead of charging blindly as they always do, the characters had to move from cover to cover while being showered with arrows from the bad guy's henchmen, then decide when and in what order do they climb up, then watch out not to be pushed down. They also could use the terrain for pushing down opponents, which made them use Shove for the first time ever!

This was so much fun. I usually play offline, drawing maps with a sharpie on a grid, and I wonder how to translate this into that enviroment. What features make a good battlemap, allowing to actually encourage tactical thinking?

Hey Peter. Listen, I'm not saying I don't understand this meme, I'm actually very intelligent, I know a lot about PCs, I actually consider adding a new R.A.M. into my newest novel, but I just think you could really benefit from explaining it to me. You know, the exchange of persectives, new ideas...

People who gave up DnD for a different system, what made you make the change?

Just curious. There are many systems in the world, I wonder why did you choose the one you're using, other than just starting with it

Why would Ancient Red Dragon agree to cooperate with a mortal?

I wanted my BBEG to have Ancient Red Dragon guarding his hoard. The creature itself isn't that important, it's more of an encouter made during the final dungeon crawl.

Now, whether my players will fight, sneak or talk with the beast is up to them, but I wonder why would such a creature be there in the first place. Ancient Dragons, especially red ones, are rather vain and definitely beyond the role of guards for a mere mortal.

I'm still looking for an answer. Maybe the dragon has been Fibbleminded or Geassed? Maybe it considers the BBEG his friend or servant, whom he just allowes to use his stash? Maybe it's not dragon at all, but a different creature turned into one?

All of those seem interesting, but none seems like the right one. If you have any ideas, please share. Let me also know how you like my ideas so far!

I'm still troubleshooting

I need more Hags

I have noticed a serious problem with Hags in DnD. The Archhag goes as far as CR 21, while the most powerful "regular" hag is CR 6. It creates a very uncomfortable divine between Archhag and her subjects, at least for me.

I tried to patch it with third party, but the best I have found are CR 12, with only one CR 16 Hag. I would really appreciate if any of you guys shared some CR 14, 16 or 18 Hags. If you have any, please share!

Thank you in advance!

How could I emulate a malfunctioning Warforge?

I want to make a quest in which my players enter an ancient city, now deserted, in search of an artifact. They encouter an old Warforged, who can still lead them to the artifact and defend itself, but its time-ravaged brain makes it dim-witted and more of a liability than anything else.

It will also only hand them the artifact if every citizen of the city (now deserted, mind you) uninamously agrees to it. It's up in the air how will he interpret that fact.

Now, that's a cool idea, but I don't know how to emulate the Warforge's flawed understanding of the world around him. I initially meant to use chat gpt, with its hallucinations and poor memory reflected as the Warforge's hallucinations, but this idea was met with big pushback, not to mention how difficult it'd be to write everything into it all the time.

So, I need a different way to emulate robot who doesn't function right. I could just do it the same way I would any other NPC, but I prefer something beyond my own interpretations to govern the Warforge. I just like gimmicks
