Dabi (My hero Academia): After being brutally burned during the final battle thanks to his quirk Toya aka Dabi is kept alive in a special machine at the request of his family so that they can spend the time he has left with him to atone for their mistakes but he is in constant pain and only able to speak for a few minutes per day
