I heard that intermittent fasting is effective for getting leaner and reducing body fat percentage. I'm not doing anything crazy just no meals before 12pm or after 8pm, and using Huel as the meal to break the fast at lunch, and occasionally for dinner if I'm not very hungry.

I'm not looking to lose a huge amount of weight, I am F 5'6 and around 60kg so within a healthy weight range I think, I just think I am what you would class as 'skinny fat' in that my frame is quite small but I have very visible fat in certain areas of my body which makes my body proportions look a bit off.

Has anyone gone from 'Skinny fat' to skinny using Huel?

I know that exercise is key, and I'm not looking for work out recommendations, my lifestyle is pretty active and I exercise where I can but it's not possible most days with my work schedule.

Hi there, my colleague is filming in Alesund and his gimbal has decided to give up. Can anyone suggest a place that could rent one to him? He has a car so can drive if there isn't somewhere super local.

In hot weather just can't face using the oven or hob, or making any effort to cook at all, so I've found myself just devouring plain or smoked tofu by the block... lol.

Just worried it might cause some intestinal problems, anyone done this?
