what would you consider “good” practical accuracy for an amateur shooter using iron sights only?
I really enjoy shooting with iron sights. With a CZ 457 in .22LR, what would you consider “good” practical accuracy for an amateur shooter using iron sights only?
For example:
- At 50 yards, what group size is considered decent?
- At 100 yards, what size target should a good hobby shooter be able to hit consistently?
- Is hitting steel at 150 or even 200 yards with iron sights considered impressive with a CZ 457?
Just curious what experienced shooters consider a solid skill level for non-competitive iron sight shooting. thanks
