does it work? i’m dealing with dark acne spots ( PIE ? )

After applying makeup, it kinda disappears after roughly 30 mins I HAVE NO IDEA WHY

I do use a lot of c beauty products.
Foundation: estée lauder
Blush: red chamber + mistine
Contour: OOO + judydoll
Setting spray: urban decay
Concealer: nars pot

As the only person in my family to enter uni, what am i supposed to take note or do before uni starts?

None of my friends are going to uni (they are working) and I am worried that i might miss out information

I am also not going to any of the FYE orientation(?) because i just got back from overseas and saw that i missed the deadline :/

I need to toss for a few hours before I can “feel tired” and sleep.

I’ve tried to put my phone away before bedtime, meditating but once i’m lying on my bed i start thinking about EVERYTHING.
I’ve tried melatonin but I always wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep.
(Trying not to rely on it too much)

Also I have been a side sleeper for years and I can’t seem to get rid of that habit. Everytime I try to sleep on my back, it just feels weird and I end up tossing to the side.

even with just sunscreen, my skin looks cracked.
it looks worse with makeup on.

My skincare routine is just moisturiser (from Anua)
Sunscreen: i recently bought Anessa tone up sun screen and unfortunately it did not work for me.

what product can i use to hydrate my skin?
also any sunscreen recommendations for hot and humid weather?

I heard China is strict with triple c if you are flying FROM China no matter which airline but unsure if it applies for fans as well? Or just power banks
