Okay so im assuming this isn’t a star lol but don’t judge me because I don’t think I really know of anything that would be stationary like that? Not noticed it before.

In the video it looks bigger (irl it looks like a regular star with extremely faint flickering but in the video the flickering is much more noticeable than irl.

Hi! I’m selling a completely new in box (it’s actually still inside the Mattel creations box). The images uploaded are showing the 2 pack of dolls that I own and keep and it’s sitting on top of the unopened Mattel box.

Hi! I hope this is allowed! This is my mother in laws betta. She has had him since November of last year. We have no idea about the age or gender or anything at all.

It was randomly gifted to her without any heads up. She had never owned fish before. So literally had nothing for it. The “tank” it came in was like half a gallon and they lied saying that it was plenty of room for the fish. They also lied about how easy it is to care for the fish. I knew instantly this was a bad idea.

He is now in a 5 gallon tank thankfully and there was a period of time that he seemed to be thriving. When he was doing really good I was the one who was doing the water changes and tank cleaning. I took the time to do it right and he had zero issues. He even made bubble nests

I had to go away for a couple of months and so my mother in law had to do it herself. Idk exactly how she’s doing the water change and stuff but I know for sure she’s not doing it right. I know for a fact she’s not letting the new water acclimate correctly for example. The betta’s overall health looks to have significantly declined and if I try and mention it it’s brushed off.

She literally told me she’s waiting for it to die. Like she will be relieved when it dies. She’s making sure to feed it daily and stuff of course but she doesn’t care to take it to a vet or the change the way she cleans the tank and all of that.

This poor fish that used to be very lively just sits at the bottom of the tank or hiding in its rock. It never really flares up anymore. Its fins stay pretty tucked in. It’s fins look shredded as well and it’s just overall a really sad situation. Idc if it’s “just a fish”. It’s a life that didn’t ask to be put into this home.

I have permission from her to rehome him and I’m desperately wanting to send him to someone who I KNOW will do right by him!!! I genuinely think he just needs to go to a home that actually cares and takes the time to properly care for it. The water changes I think is what’s killing him slowly.

I live in Kentucky right outside of Lexington, I will be happy to figure out a way to get the fish to you! I do not want to mail it or anything bc it genuinely couldn’t survive the journey in the health it’s in now. The added stress would kill him.

I will give you everything that we have for him. His tank, his fish food, the cleaning supplies and all of that! I just need proof that you’re someone who genuinely cares and will put effort into giving this fish his life back.

So far none of the rescues and rehabs haven’t been interested in tiny to help the poor thing. My thinking is sing the frog has survived 5 whole day since injury (comment for info) it is a fighter and wants and deserves to live !!

I posted last night/ this morning about this guy. Unfortunately wasn’t able to get into rehab today. He’s still alive. Currently soaking to remove any poop or pee it had been laying in.

Going to attempt to feed it. It’s been more active today and I have a feeling it’s hungry.

As in typing this the soaking seems to be helping. He is was sort of sluggish when I moved him to clean water (spring water with no chlorine) but as of now it’s body seems more alert.

Location is central KY. It’s currently raining a lot. There’s a cat that I suspect to be the culprit.

—Saturday at 12 am (midnight) I found this little guy right outside my porch door. I thought it was dead originally until i went to move it.

— I messaged a friend who has experience with things like this
She told me to put it in a dark box overnight and see if it survives and if so we will go from there.

I had to leave right after. Didn’t get a chance to check on the frog most of the day but my husband misted it with water and cleaned up its poop and pee around 2 PM Saturday.

— I didn’t get around to checking on it again until 11 PM Saturday (so a couple hours ago from this post) and thankfully it’s still alive!

— Tomorrow (or today technically since it’s now Sunday) I am taking it to someone in particular with experience with this as long as it survives the night again 🤞.

I changed out the area of poop and pee he was in and got him a better set up of water and comfort.

— I haven’t at all tried to check for more injuries than what I can already see, like the leg injury. It’s possible both back legs are injured but one for sure seems to be beyond repair. I have no idea if there are other injuries anywhere else.

— *When I went to change out the water and area that it’s peeing and pooping just a couple hours ago, it seemed to be pretty good about jumping around* !!! ——

Idk what I’m actually asking for here… I guess if anyone has suggestions to make it until like 8 am (it’s currently 3:03 am) or ways to ease its pain. Give more grass? Less grass? Try to find a bug to feed (I live in a rural area) more water? Less water?

Is there any chance that this frog survives with the right person taking care of it?

First. This is not my donkey (possibly donkeys?). I have not laid eyes on this donkey. This a neighbors donkey. Not direct neighbor, we live in a rural area and its neighbors of our neighbors. Plus big yards.

It may seem as if I’m jumping to conclusions considering I haven’t even seen the donkey but I do have legitimate reasons to wonder if I should check in. I’m going to try my best to do a quick summary to explain but i will also add a TLDR: recap at the end just in case.

Background- This particular neighbor I literally just a few months ago rescued and rehomed 2 mini ponies, 2 older quarter horses and a single ram (with over 50 pounds of hair. Never been sheared his whole life.

Very long story short. I originally bought one pony off of them (bc it kept escaping their field and coming to our yard- which meant it had to walk on a rural road that has a lot of traffic where people always go over speed limit).

Their horses kept escaping. One pony escaped at night and was hit by a vehicle and killed. It was night and the pony was small and black. Teenage kid was going over speed limit and hit it. Kid was okay thankfully.

They were told to get their fence fixed or get rid of the other horses. They needed a place to temporarily shelter them. I offered. That was in November. They abandoned them the entire winter. The entire big winter ice storm. They refused to answer us. They didn’t feed or water or even check on their animals. They refused us begging for updates from them. They flat out did not care. They abandoned them with out even making sure that we were willing to feed and care for them.

They have a tendency of getting too much animals and then not actually caring for them. I found a sanctuary for all the animals and they are thriving now.

Now I worry since they no longer have the responsibility of the 2 ponies 2 horses and ram (oh also a chicken btw) that they went and got a donkey…

TLDR- Neighbors with a history of neglecting the animals they take in.

They have had so many animals come and go. Don’t properly care for them. Abandoned 2 horses and 2 ponies a ram and a chicken to us. Refused to answer or do any care or upkeep during the whole winter for their horses and ram. Didn’t water, didn’t feed, didn’t shelter, no hay, absolutely zero financial help. And not even a text or phone call to make sure their animals were even still alive… I finally got full permission of ownership and they are in a wonderful sanctuary now.

I’m worried she went and got a donkey. I know her history. I know she doesn’t care to make sure they are healthy and it sounds extremely in distress. I’m just wondering your opinions on if it sounds like painful cries or maybe just lonely/scared cries? Should I try keep an eye out?
