Programming
Hey folks.
I used to be a runner then switched competitive crossfit for 13 years. Got 32 and decided to change it up mostly for longetivity and as I was mentally tired.
Ive been following Ibex programming where they have this strength/running program.
What other programs are available out there? Something that includes the big 3 lifts like deadlift squat press but also running. I train in a regular gym now so I can go about and do rope climbs and stuff🤣
