I'm creating a horror game where you can find real VHS films and watch full-length hour long horror movies in-game - Like Night of the Living Dead!

Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing well.

I just wanted to show a little update on a feature that I am currently working on for my horror game, the game is inspired by Mexican folklore and a real-life location called The Island of Dolls. It's currently my biggest one yet!

Still very early but It's a survival-horror game mixed in with paranormal stuff. Think of something like The Forest, Outlast, P.T and Silent Hill combined. I added a feature where you can watch real hour long movies that you can find in VHS cassettes tapes... like the legendary Night of the living dead!

Let me know what you think or what movies I should include haha. If you like it would mean a lot to a solo dev like myself if you can wishlist it on steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4581370/Where_Dolls_Hang

Thank you and it would really help me out a ton and do let me know if you have any feedback, suggestions or such! :)

Creating a horror game inspired by a real location in Mexico, called Island of Dolls. Let me know what you think of the trailer!

Hey all! I recently announced my newest game I have been working on for the past couple of months and it's my biggest one yet! The game name is "Where Dolls Hang".

The game is inspired by a real-life location (Mexico, Island of Dolls) and puts you in the role of a detective. Players will investigate by marking clues, handling bodies, and surviving on a boat while navigating wetlands, swamps, and forests filled with hanging dolls. Along the way, you’ll craft weapons and build your own shelter to stay alive.

It would be awesome wishlist it and tell me what you think. It would mean the world to me, for real :)
