Should I update oxygenOS?

It's not saying some 16 version so I think I'm good right? And can someone explain what might happen if I update it to 16?

Part of the community now! Any suggestions? :D

Anything I should do as soon as I open it like download some apps widgets or something else? Some tips on how should I use the camera or if it heats what should I do? And yes I checked the IMEI number from the Oneplus official website this is a new non activated phone.

Planning to buy Nothing Phone 3 in 2026 for 50k INR. Hear me out though

My priorities in order are -
Gaming
Camera
OS and Durability
I wanted to know how was everyone’s experience when gaming. Because I use an iPhone XR and when I switch to a new phone Im gonna game like crazy which I have to hold back on rn. Want to know if the fps stays stable or it heats excessively. Also wanted to know will all this gaming and heavy stuff (Im gonna enter college so assume I’ll be using 200 gb of the 256 gb variant) will still make me use it for atleast 5 years before any damage. If anyone wants to know Im planning to run games like bgmi genshin wuwa on it and keep them downloaded together. Please help me out it will be appreciated.

Should I wait for the OP13 to restock? Should I wait for BBD?

I was planning to get a 13s but after hours of doing my parents chores licking their boots etc and earning social credit my budget increased to around 60k. I was about to buy a OP13 but then learned it was out of stock offline and online both. Any suggestions or inside info whether they are going to restock it in India or will it return in Flipkart BBD?

Getting the OnePlus 13S after many Reddit posts. Still have some doubts though

I’ve read some posts saying it has heating issues and my main concern was that knowing Oneplus has had the worst green line issues in their phones i dont want it to heat and develop a green line as most of my use would be for gaming and camera. Would really like some opinions of old OP13S users. I was looking for a phone like Oneplus 13 with everything in it but since it’s out of my budget I’ll humbly get what I can. Also realised that IP rating won’t affect me much and that no ultra wide camera just means I would have to pull my phone back a bit before clicking a pic.

Pls suggest a phone. been contemplating for the last few days. Op13R or Op13s or Nothing Phone 3?

My priority list is -
Gaming
Camera
Performance/OS (mainly I need a smooth OS with no heating issues)
Longevity/Durability of the phone (minimum 5 years)
Display (size, brightness, etc.)

Im getting the 13r for ₹47k from a local shop. The ₹52k 13s and ₹51k Nothing phone 3 would be from the Independence Day sale from Amazon.

Pls any tech enthusiasts your help would be appreciated 🙏

Thinking to buy a OP13r at 43k.

The phone is out of stock at the official site right now but I’m thinking to but it as soon as it gets restocked. Do you guys think it’s the best phone i could get at 43k? My requirements are a normal pretty good camera, moderate to heavy gaming, OS and durability. Also wanted to know if it’ll last around 5 years or more.

Oxygen OS discontinued? Need new recommendations.

OnePlus was a good budget friendly brand imo and fit in my budget for 2026. I was hoping for the OnePlus 13 or OnePlus 15r to fall around the 40-43k price range during the next amazon or flipkart august independence day sale. But since Oxygen OS is discontinued I'm having constant doubts if I should spend on Color OS. Being a previous OPPO user I'll say I wouldn't like to spend more than 30k on it again. If anyone has any recommendations which rival the Oxygen OS or budget flagship phones which have a chance to drop to 40-43k price range please let me know. Thanks.
