There is an interview featuring Divine Tetay and the word apolitical was used. Basically it means no interest in political events. At ang daming comments about the interview.

I wonder, if you did not vote, does it also make you apolitical? Is voting a right or a responsibility now? If you're doing well in life, does it oblige you to have a care in politics? Likewise, If you are already busy striving day by day, does it hurt if you just focus in your own struggles?

Personal opinion lang to as someone na madami ng iniisip sa buhay. Ilang henerasyon na ng presidente ang nasaksihan ko at one thing I could tell. Nothing really changed. Kung mahirap ka, napakaliit ng opportunities sa mundo. Kailangan mo dumiskarte para umasenso. And i don't mean dumiskarte in a bad way. Lakas ng loob, tyaga at pagtitiis.

Governance does have impact pero sa tingin ko, it will never be enough for everyone. Mahirap ka tapos nag-asawa ka pa ng maaga at nagka-anak ng lima. Tapos isisi mo sq gobyerno ang hirap ng buhay. Minsan, ang hirap din i-justify bakit naghihirap ang mga Pilipino.

Don't get me wrong, galit ako sa nangyayari sa Pilipinas pero naiisip ko, kahit ang daming tao na gusto ilantad ang katotohanan, madami din ang pilit pinagtatakpan ito. Wag na tayong lumayo. Sa pinagttrabahuhan pa lang may corruption na. Nagkalat ang mga taong nanloloko at nang-aabuso at lahat ng ito di masosolusyonan ng politika.

Before the main topic, I typed HimekoMains and saw a new community named HimekoNovaMains haha. Still decided to go here. She's still Himeko after all.

Okay, so I want to know if there are TCs here or math wizards that can confirm or deny whether E1 Sunday is fully synergistic with her.

E1 Sunday grants a unit with 16% def ignore and the summon 40% def ignore. Himeko Nova, on the other hand, summons Starblazer and her assist skill and ultimate is explicitly stated being performed by the Starblazer.

I just want to confirm whether Himeko Nova's Assist Skill and Ultimate fully benefits from the 40% def ignore. Thank you.

Safeguard products are not primarily beauty products but I think that this new series of their body wash is meant to penetrate the skin care industry not just for hygiene purposes but also for beauty purposes.

One is made for oil and acne

One is made for itch and hydration

One is made for deep cleanse

But I'm specifically curious about their oil and acne variant. No stated percentage of salicylic acid and you're only given "with salicylic acid".

Although it's nice to know, I feel like this is nothing but a marketing bogus from them. Usual salicylic products contain 1%-2%. The fact that safeguard did not even officially announce it made me wonder, what if it is just 0.01%? Lol. It has salicylic acid still 😆

I hope someone here knows the percentage beyond what's officially stated.

I made a previous post about Phainon's team buff if ever they are given Novaflare or another way to buff the characters Hoyo might come up in the future (coughs). I added (v3) for any changes I made.

Phainon

1. Multiplier adjustment.

2. Adjustment on how to trigger his Shine in Valor trace (50% attack x2 buff to better synergize with Cyrene)

3. Lower AV consumption (higher base speed ratio)

4. Additional button to cast teammate's ultimate. Kinda like Currency Wars where off-field characters can cast their ultimate or any other attacks while Phainon is in Ultimate Form.

5. (v3) Remove the Fire Damage. It's an unnecessary decoration which you won't really notice. Phainon is already throwing burning meteors. What more could you ask for? Besides, the fire damage doesn't benefit from his E2. This is also to lessen the impact of Cyrene being able to perform attacks during Phainon's ultimate state (see Cyrene #4)

Cerydra

1. Ability to deal AoE personal damage instead of just single target. For example, if a character with Military Merit uses an attack that deals damage mutiple enemies, Cerydra should trigger a coordinated attack to those enemies as well.

2. Increase cap of damage instance (since it can be AoE)

3. Higher personal damage multiplier

4. (v3) Military Merit and Peerage state have the same set of buffs. It feels unfair that you only get most of her buffing capability during Peerage state. But what I would want to add is that the duplicated skill deals 100%-110% of the original damage (scaling with level). In this way, gaining Peerage has its own reward too.

5. In relation to Phainon's buff #4, since she can gain energy when Phainon takes action, surely she can cast her ultimate once in a while and can provide extra 2 charges to Phainon.

6. (v3) 20 speed buff becomes base speed buff.

DHPT

1. Nothing much. Maybe multiplier change on damage and shield.

2. Better uptime on Cyrene's buff. (See Cyrene buff #4)

3. In relation to Phainon's buff #4, since he can gain energy when Phainon takes action, surely he can cast hiscultimate once in a while and can refresh stacks for the enhanced souldragon.

Cyrene

1. Remove restriction to Phainon's crit damage buff stacks (rn you need E6 Phainon to maximize it)

2. Better buffs for Chrysos Heirs.

3. Ways to gain Recollection while Phainon is in Ultimate form. For example, she gains "Recollection" when Phainon consumes Scourge. In effect, she gains 12 Recollection after Phainon uses 3 full stack Stardeath Verdict.

4. In relation to #4 of Phainon's buff, she can cast her ultimate when she has 12 Recollection. In this way, her damage potential to Phainon team is not wasted. Surely, it will not be optimal compared to full Remembrance team but I believe the damage potential is not insignificant either. You can build her as a sub-dps and not just speed. Her E1 is not wasted especially that you literally need to go through it before getting her E2 which is huge for Phainon's team. This will also allow her buff for DHPT be refreshed cause right now it will expire after 3 enhanced souldragon's turn which kinda seems unfair. I firmly believe this is how Cyrene should have been designed.

**Other Matters**

I read a comment that says teammate's should be able to cast their skill within Phainon's ult form. While this seems good, I's like to think that whatever turns the teammates have, Phainon already takes their turns so I think it's fair not to have it.

Again, Cyrene has the biggest impact on these changes and as a character specifically designed for CH, i want that whatever benefits other CH teams has, Phainon can have it too especially Cyrene's damage contribution. An extra damage source will make her a top priority pull for Phainon.

I am a big Phainon believer and I am investing to his premium team vertically. I have E2S1 Phainon, E1S1 Cerydra, E0S1 Cyrene (waiting for phase 2 banner to get E2) and E2S1 DHPT.

And with all the Novaflares and rumored ways to buff characters, I'd hope Phainon's team will get his as well. This will be a general list of buff i'd like to see for his team.

Phainon

3. Ways to incorporate an attack while Phainon is in Khaslana form. For example, she gains stacks when Phainon consumes scourge stacks and immediately uses minuet of Blooms and Plumes when reaches 12 stacks. This is considered triggering her ultimate skill and this will benefit the effect of her E1.

For me, Cyrene's has the biggest impact for this suggested changes. Right now, hen you're using her on Phainon's team, the best way is to build her with speed. Her personal damage can be ignored and yet her E1 is also a damage eidolon which is basically not useful for the Phainon team. I'm pretty sure they can do it if they want to and I just hope they will. Other than Phainon, all Chrysos Heirs can benefit from her damage contribution which is why I hope. If they manage to make her deal damage with Phainon, then Phainon's team will become much stronger because of additional damage source.

Has anyone tried this strategy already? I had so much fun with the I am Loucha strategy card haha and I am thinking maybe giving her the follow up emblem will sky rocket the bond unified attack. Unfortunately I was not able to get an emblem hahaha.

Guys, I love Venti so much and I don't want to swap him with Prune in my Varka team. So I want to know, at what constellation does Venti become better than C6 Prune? I have C3 Prune, so far.
