Moving to a 9th floor apartment in parkview towers on the 29th though anxious about it looking at all these forums

I come from philly ghettos so its not like ive never delt with rodents and cracked out neighbors/pervs but im seeing reviews acting like this place is gotham

Has anyone had any atleast OK experience living there???
