Finally found my whey replacement 😭
Been lifiting for more than a year now, was consuming whey too, but recently doc told me to stop using whey because of some acne issues, thought of switching to plant protein but OH MY GOD THE TASTE YUCK it sucks so much i just couldn’t gulp it down my throat at all, it was like a mixture of dirt and chalk..
then i thought of trying yeast protein as well.. tried the Mille yeast protein, tried both the coffee as well as dark chocolate flavours and I must say its the best whey replacement ever!! i even added the dark chocolate one in my overnight oats today and it tastes so so good
not chalky at all and no bloating as well
literally the best whey replacement after experimenting with my taste buds so much😭😭
will try the buttermilk and unflavoured ones too soon
however the trial packs are a bit on the expensive side, 150 for 1 sachet for a yeast protein😭?
the 1kg ones are fine though, and still better than ordering cheap plant protein that doesnt go down my throat ;)

As i earlier mentioned my dermatologist has asked me to stop consuming whey because of acne issues, so should i switch over to plant protein or yeast protein instead? which is better digestibility wise absorption wise taste wise bloating issues etc?

So ive been using whey for like a year now, however i’ve sensitive skin and my dermatologist has told me to stop using whey.. so ive been thinking of switching to plant protein now.. need some good recommendations, i basically have my protein added to my overnight oats so i guess the grainy thing wont be an issue
ive heard about aceblend, the whole truth etc
