Simpleng rant lang. 5 major suki of ours (we are a b2b business) are planning to downsize or close down. grabeng hirap ng ekonomiya ngayon. ang hirap ng benta namin for the past 3 months and hindi pa talaga kami nakakarecover. Now, I heard from a friend of mine na nakarecieve daw sila ng LOA and sobrang laki ng babayaran nila sa penalty. ang sabi sabi, may quota daw na hinahabol and bir to collect before december. kaya gagawin daw nila lahat para makakuha from us small businesses. I'm also planning to close down and find a job nalang muna kaso closing fees problem ko din. I dont know if the government have plans to support our businesses pa. sa grabeng nangyayare ngayon, i dont know if its feasible for me to continue doing business pa. ngayon ko lang naramdaman ung grabeng hirap ng buhay ngayon. at ngayon pa talaga na may dadating na el nino sa bansa natin i just dont know anymore

Landlord extended her apartment complex by two units beside me. So major construction talaga sya for 4 months. I have endured all the construction noises and even ung pagbagal ng tubig because they connected sa tubo ng unit ko. During the construction, madali lang bumakod from ginagawang unit papuntang laundry area ng unit ko. They did not closed it. So ako tinatakpan ko and tinatanggal ng mga workers ung hinaharang ko. So ayun okay lang sakin. Sige lang. Now nung monday lang may ginagawa sila sa harap mismo ng unit ko where i park my motor. Sabi irerenovate daw at lalagyad ng bakod. Umokay naman ako. Then kanina lang nagtext ung landlady sabi ideclutter daw lahat ng gamit ko sa likod at babakuran na din daw nya. During the most busiest week of my life. Now ung buong paligid ng unit ko puro tao, semento at puro noise. Knowing na i also work from home sobrang disturbance neto sakin. -_- i know naman na may rights ung landlord to renovate or construct kase kanya naman un. Pero sana naman ginawa nya when my lease was already up para nakalipat nalang ako. Also, sana sinabihan nya ako prior dun sa gagawin sa likod at harap para aware naman ako. Kase 4 months ko nga tiniis ung construction sa katabi eh tas ngayon idadagdag nya pa harap at likod ko.

I just want to vent. Lately, puro bad feedback nalang natatanggap namin from clients. My employees have gotten so lazy to the point that it was so evident sa work outputs nila. I pay them well, work from home, and give them allowance. I dont yell or curse at them. But really ako lage tong salo ung problema ng lahat and grabeng burn out na yung nararamdaman ko. 7 years na ung business. Most of my employees last 2-3 years sakin nagreresign lang if may better opportunities. I just dont know what to do anymore. Parang feeling ko mas better pa if gawin ko nalang lahat.

I have a dismissive-avoidant partner. And ngayon ko lang nalaman na ganyan sya based on multiple altercations we had. Napagtagpi tagpi ko na ganyan ung personality na meron sya.

I kept wondering. Kase whenever i cry he just blankly stares at me even if he's the one who hurt me. He has no remorse whatsoever and no sense of empathy at all. What worst is he's always do defensive about it. Na kesyo sya dapat daw intindihin ko kase hindi naman daw nga intensyon gawin.

I cried the whole day. Eyes all red and swollen. He didnt even bother talking to me. He even went to the barbershop to get a haircut as if nothing has happened. Pagkauwi nya, he tend to brush it off and went through his stuff as usual then immediately went to bed.

Its like he's allergic to me being emotional.

I couldnt stand it and called it off. I cant see myself with this man in the future.

Nabigla ako may 25k na transaction under my Eastwest Credit Card. No OTP whatsoever. I dont know how it happened. I left my card sa cabinet ko kase i decided i dont want to use it muna. Called the bank and dineactivate agad ung card and now sending me a replacement one. First time to nangyare sakin. Madidispute po kaya eto? And if oo, matagal po ba ung process??

Hello po! Yung dog ko po spitz hindi po sya nakakapoop pang 2nd day na po ito. Dinala po namin sya sa vet kahapon and inxray po sya may poop po sa loob nya hindi nya mailabas. Niresetahan po ni doc lactulose at suppository. Pinainom na po kahapon at kaninang umaga wala din po. Ngayon mejo nanamlay po sya. Force feed and drink po ginagawa namin sakanya. ANY ADVICE PO??

Hi. I have not been in CDO for almost 8 years na. So im planning to have vacation with friends and im in charge of what food we would try since im a mindanoan. (we're coming from Batangas)

I already have a couple of things in the list but there are some na hindi ko alam kung san meron sa cdo and kung san masarap. These are foods i tried in Iligan before and wanted to know kf meron sa cdo.

- Tempura, Squid roll, and Proben.

- Maranao Pancake or Apang ( the white one made from rice)

- Roti with Chicken Curry inside

- Shawarma. I know Oro Shawarma but im looking for shawarma i tried in Iligan years and years back. Para shang may malaking sick of cheese sa loob, usual beef (slices are thick not ground), veggies. If im not mistaken we got it from kawthar.

Problem/Goal:

My partner works in a lab as a medtech and 6 days ung work nya. Madalas toxic ung lab and ang hirap pa nun sa part nila kase ayaw maghire ng hr ng another medtech to help with the workload. 8am to 5pm pasok nya and everyday commute around 20-30mins depende sa traffic. Madalas nakikita ko sya pagod talaga tas nagtatakaw sya sa sobrang pagod sa trabaho. Ni tuwing lunch required parin na magtrabho kaya salitan sila maglunch and dapat mabilis lang. Eto na ung pinakamataas na sahod ma nahanap niya. Mataas ung previous lab na pinagtrabahuan nya kaso toxi ang boss and di na nya kinaya. Naawa na din ako dito sa partner ko kase naaapektuhan din ug relationship namin kase nagkukulang kami sa bondjng na dalawa. Madalas di na din sya nakakatulong sa ibang errands sa bahay kase nga ung rest day nya ay inilalaaan nya talaga para magbonding kami sa labas at maghabol din sya ng tulog. Currently naghahanap sya ng ibang work kahit ibang industry na or VA kaso wala pa mahanap. Ano kaya dapat nya gawin? Magstay po ba sya? Ok lang po ba kaya ung ganto na work?
