Hi i am the guy who posted about the amul tetra pack which had the expiry of November 16 but when we opened there was some sort of fungal growth now after talking to the amul consumer support they asked me of the details and other stuff and said they would exchange the expired pack today they came and exchanged the packs but I was not at home but when I saw the tetra pack they gave us in exchange I was shocked to see that there were dead insects below the packs and the 1st image I have shared the tera pack had a hole in it and the pack was yellow in a particular area it is not good for consumption help me share this so it can reach amul

Help my hair is thinning

My hair has gotten very thin and you can see my scalp very easily i don’t know why
My family doesn’t have thin hair so its not genetic i don’t know if its due to stress or my diet or something i need like a vitamin or a special shampoo please help in these photos my hair is wet but while i have dry hair my scalp is still very visable
