The CMF Buds 2 are my favorite pair of earbuds. The 2A are also very good for the price but they react slowly to touch. The 2 Plus doesn't really add anything to the 2. The Pro 2 only adds the case controls. Maybe an audiophile would disagree but this is my humble opinion.

I'm a cyclist. The CMF Buds 2 do a great job with wind noise cancelling by just turning the ANC down. There are no crackling mic sounds when exposed to wind. Also, the controls are great and can be personalized in the Nothing app. I also own the Nothing Ear (a) buds but I don't like the default sound. The squeeze controls are also 'meh'. Imho the CMF Buds 2 are the best value for your money. Default sound is great; 'DIRAC Opteo' leaves no tweaking desire from my p.o.v.

I also own earbuds from Bose, Sony, Soundcore, Earfun and Soundpeats. But imho CMF is the best value for your money. And no, CMF isn't paying me to write this. This is based on my own experience.

Do what you want with this. Take it to heart (ear) or ignore it.

I personally hate creaking parts on headphones. Often it's the hinges. I use zip ties myself to give the hinges less room to move and thus reduce creaking. Not the prettiest solution, but it works. Does anyone have any alternative tips?
