I'm 15 and open to criticism. Not sure what to put in the box at the top... also, I think I did the letters too big but whatever. Does this look good?

Looking for a better hairspray

Currently using Schwarzkopf volume hairspray so that the wind doesn't completely ruin the shape and cause bits to stick up. Looking for a higher quality alternative that's less damaging but still has a strong hold and doesn't make my hair look super look shiny. Thanks!!

15m How do I stop blushing all the time?

It doesn't happen that often, but when it does (maybe 2 or 3 times a week), it's terrible. My face goes bright red, feels like it's burning, and can last for hours. It makes me look so ugly and feel really uncomfortable. Also, it's usually triggered when I get anxious, embarrassed, or uncomfortable (especially when talking to people about sex stuff). PLEASE help with any advice or tips to manage it because I have started to go out less and avoid people
