Great film. But one thing I don’t see mentioned in reviews is the fantastic job Castel (Nino/Tate) does playing a sociopath. If he could just at least PRETEND to understand others feelings, the ending might be different. He’s utterly incapable of seeing the great guilt Chuncho is carrying around. Or understanding that bragging about his actions at the start of the film is just making Chunchos mind up.

That ending was pure TNG. Five minutes left. The initial trials behind them but the heroes are still on the ropes. How are they going to get out of this!? And then something out of their hands resolves it.
I’m pretty sure I’m correct in that people don’t want series 1000 years in the future. And that people want at least…18 (?) ep seasons to let things breathe
